大学新建校区隐性课程建设研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济的改革与发展,我国高等教育从1999年开始进行了扩招,高校的扩招以及每五年进行的高校人才培养水平的评估对大学的占地面积提出了要求。由于经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对高等教育的消费要求也随之提高。我国高等教育的扩招和高等学校大规模修建新校区以及大学城的建设日益高涨。在近十多年的发展中,各地的大学纷纷建立新的校区,新校区的建立一方面满足了高等教育由精英教育向大众化的发展,另一方面也产生了一些问题,其中就包括隐性课程建设的缺失。课程是学校教育的主要途径和形式,尤其在当今大学的盲目扩建以及毕业生就业压力大的情况下,大学生的素质受到社会的普遍质疑,大学课程也受到了强烈的关注。 我国的教育目的是把学生培养成为德、智、体、美等全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。但是由于我国长期以来受前苏联的教育理念的影响以及当时建设社会主义急需专业人才等客观环境的影响下,我国大学教育的培养目标主要是培养“高级专门人才”,这种定位在当时是满足了社会主义的建设,但是随着我国经济的发展,这种过分的强调注重培养大学生的智育部分,以期提高大学生的专业素质为目的的理念忽视了大学生价值观的养成,品德素质的培养以及行为的规范等,而学生的情、意等非智力因素没有充分得到关注,忽视了大学生的全面发展。这种问题反映在大学课程上就是学校过分强调专业科目及其体系。当今社会科技日新月异,一个学生所学的专业知识远远不能满足时代的要求,况且学生的专业课程具有一定的滞后性,这就要求我们将课程的外延扩大,树立广义的课程观,课程不仅提供给学生专业知识,课程更应满足学生全身心的发展,所谓大学课程旨在促进学生的全身心发展是指大学课程除包括正式列入专业教学计划的各门显性课程外,还应该通过学校文化建设、校园建筑风格、师生关系、同学关系的建设来加强学生的情感培养、意志的养成、信念的形成、价值观的正确选择,即通过大学隐性课程潜移默化的作用使学生在情、意等非智力因素方面得到发展和提高。在现实中我们看到一些大学新建校区的建筑环境优美,基础设施精良等,这说明大学隐性课程受到一些领导的关注,大学的物质文化建设是基础,但是另一方面大学的精神文化建设却有所缺失,大学虽建筑优美但缺乏文化气息,学校学风、校风、教风建设滞后,人文素质缺少,办学理念缺失,师生关系不融洽,同学关系缺乏亲密,这些现象都是对隐性课程认识的不够全面。 隐性课程是课程的重要组成部分,对提高大学生的综合素质和全面和谐的发展起着重要的作用。本文旨在通过对新建校区隐性课程的现状调查,结合大学隐性课程的理论基础,通过对隐性课程理念的建设、隐性课程规划、隐性课程内容选择、隐性课程实施、隐性课程评价这五个方面来探讨大学新建校区隐性课程建设的对策,期翼隐性课程在大学新建校区中发挥其潜移默化的功能,,培养大学生的德育、智育、美育发展,促进大学生的全面人格的形成,为社会主义核心价值体系的建立做出贡献。文章共分六个部分,第一部分通过对国内外对隐性课程的研究的梳理,引出本文的核心概念隐性课程,使隐性课程的概念明确、具体,以便对其他部分起到引导作用;第二部分是详细介绍隐性课程的理论基础和隐性课程的相关内容,使文章加强理论性;第三部分重点阐明建设大学隐性课程的重要性和必然性;第四部分是在问卷调查的基础上通过对问卷的调查分析以及现状的研究来提高建设隐性课程的现实意义;第五部分重点介绍隐性课程的建设,通过对隐性课程理念的建设、课程规划、内容的选择、课程实施、课程评价等五个方面来探讨大学隐性课程建设的对策;第六部分是总结部分。
[Abstract]:With the reform and development of China's economy, China's higher education has been expanding since 1999. The expansion of colleges and universities and the assessment of the level of personnel training in Colleges and universities every five years have put forward requirements for the area occupied by universities. The expansion of higher education in China and the construction of new campuses and university towns on a large scale are increasing. In the past decade, universities around the country have set up new campuses. On the one hand, the establishment of new campuses meets the development of higher education from elite education to mass education, on the other hand, some problems have arisen. Course is the main way and form of school education. Especially in the situation of the blind expansion of universities and the pressure of graduates'employment, the quality of college students has been questioned by the society and the university curriculum has also received strong attention.
The purpose of education in China is to train students to be builders and successors of socialist undertakings with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. However, because of the long-term influence of the educational ideas of the former Soviet Union and the urgent need for professional talents in building socialism at that time, the main objective of university education in China is to cultivate students. It is to cultivate "senior specialized personnel", which satisfies the construction of socialism at that time. But with the development of our country's economy, this excessive emphasis on the cultivation of students'intellectual education, in order to improve the professional quality of college students as the purpose of the concept of neglecting the cultivation of college students' values, moral quality and so on. This problem is reflected in the over-emphasis on professional subjects and their systems in University curricula. With the rapid development of science and technology in today's society, a student's professional knowledge is far from meeting the requirements of the times. Moreover, the students'professional curriculum has a certain lag, which requires us to expand the extension of the curriculum and establish a broad concept of curriculum. The curriculum should not only provide students with professional knowledge, but also meet the students' wholehearted development. The so-called university curriculum aims to promote the students'wholehearted development, which means that the university curriculum includes the formal inclusion of specialized courses. In addition to the dominant courses of the vocational teaching plan, we should strengthen the students'emotional cultivation, will cultivation, belief formation and correct choice of values through the construction of school culture, campus architectural style, teacher-student relationship, and classmate relationship, that is, to make the students' feelings, intentions and other non-intellectual reasons through the imperceptible role of the college curriculum. In reality, we see that some new campuses have beautiful architectural environment and excellent infrastructure, which shows that the hidden curriculum of the university has been concerned by some leaders. The material and cultural construction of the university is the foundation, but on the other hand, the spiritual and cultural construction of the university is lacking. Although the university has beautiful architecture, the University has been paid attention to. But the lack of cultural atmosphere, school style, school style, teaching style construction lag behind, lack of humanistic quality, lack of school-running ideas, teacher-student relationship is not harmonious, the lack of intimacy between students, these phenomena are not comprehensive understanding of the hidden curriculum.
Hidden curriculum is an important part of the curriculum and plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of college students and the development of overall harmony.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of the hidden curriculum in the new campus and combine the theoretical basis of the hidden curriculum, through the construction of the concept of hidden curriculum, hidden curriculum planning, hidden curriculum content. Selection, implementation of hidden curriculum and evaluation of hidden curriculum are the five aspects to explore the Countermeasures for the construction of hidden curriculum in the new campus of university. The period-wing hidden curriculum exerts its subtle function in the new campus of university, cultivates the moral, intellectual and aesthetic development of University students, promotes the formation of University Students'comprehensive personality, and is the core value of socialism. The article is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the core concepts of implicit curriculum through the study of implicit curriculum at home and abroad, so that the concept of implicit curriculum is clear and specific, so as to play a guiding role in other parts. The second part is a detailed introduction of the theoretical basis and implicit curriculum. The third part focuses on the importance and inevitability of the construction of College hidden curriculum; the fourth part is based on the questionnaire survey to improve the practical significance of the construction of hidden curriculum through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire and the study of the status quo; the fifth part focuses on the hidden curriculum. The sixth part is the conclusion.
