大学生思想政治教育心理环境研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是一项立足于“人”的社会教育实践活动,和其它教育活动相同,它在一定的环境中形成,并且受到环境的影响和制约。作为思想政治教育环境理论具体研究范围的大学生思想政治教育心理环境,能够通过思想政治教育心理环境对大学生心理和思想道德品质形成的影响因素进行分析研究,具有鲜明特色。良好的大学生思想政治教育心理环境对大学生内化教育内容有较好的效果,充分发挥利用大学生思想政治教育心理环境对大学生成长的积极影响作用,并在此基础上优化思想政治教育心理环境,使大学生能够真正的从内心接受并认同思想政治教育,有助于创新大学生思想政治教育理念。 本文对大学生思想政治教育心理环境的分析研究分为三个部分。首先,系统的解读了大学生思想政治教育心理环境,借助文献查阅的方法对大学生思想政治教育心理环境的内涵、特点以及构成进行了详细的分析,同时深入挖掘了大学生思想政治教育心理环境研究的理论基础,力求为其建设提供理论依据和来源。其次,论述了大学生思想政治教育心理环境研究的必要性。本部分从大学生思想道德品质形成发展的需要与开展大学生思想政治教育活动的需要,两个角度入手论述大学生思想政治教育心理环境的必要性。第三部分提出了优化大学生思想政治教育心理环境的一些思考。分别从大学生自身、教师以及学校三个角度进行系统的阐述,并将优化大学生自身的思想政治教育认知环境、感情环境、意志环境、个性环境作为大学生思想政治教育心理环境优化的重中之重;同时将提高教师自身素质、改善教法以及优化学校物质环境、精神环境作为优化大学生思想政治教育心理环境的辅助途径,以期引导大学生形成社会所需要的思想道德品质。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is a social educational practice based on "human", which is similar to other educational activities. It is formed in a certain environment and is influenced and restricted by the environment. The psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education, which is the specific research scope of the environment theory of ideological and political education, can be used to analyze and study the influencing factors of the formation of college students' psychology and ideological and moral quality through the psychological environment of ideological and political education. With distinctive characteristics. The good psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education has a good effect on the content of college students' internalized education, and the positive effect of utilizing the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education on the growth of college students is brought into full play. And on this basis, optimize the psychological environment of ideological and political education, so that college students can really accept and identify with ideological and political education from the heart, and help to innovate the ideological and political education concept of college students. This paper analyzes the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education, which is divided into three parts. First of all, it systematically interprets the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education, and makes a detailed analysis of the connotation, characteristics and composition of the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education with the help of literature review. At the same time, it deeply excavates the theoretical basis of the psychological environment research of college students' ideological and political education, and tries to provide the theoretical basis and source for the construction of college students' ideological and political education. Secondly, it discusses the necessity of studying the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education. This part discusses the necessity of the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education from two aspects: the need of forming and developing the ideological and moral quality of college students and the need of carrying out the ideological and political education activities of college students. The third part puts forward some thoughts on optimizing the psychological environment of college students'ideological and political education. Respectively from the three angles of college students themselves, teachers and schools, and will optimize their own ideological and political education cognitive environment, emotional environment, will environment, As the most important part of the psychological environment optimization of college students' ideological and political education, the personality environment will improve the teachers' own quality, improve the teaching method and optimize the school material environment. The spiritual environment is an auxiliary way to optimize the psychological environment of college students' ideological and political education in order to guide them to form the ideological and moral qualities needed by the society.
