后现代背景下高校思想政治教育面临的挑战及其对策

【摘要】：思想政治教育是社会或社会群体用思想观念、政治观点、道德规范对其成员施加影响,使其形成符合一定社会或一定阶级所需要的思想品德的社会实践活动。后现代主义思潮,涉及文学、艺术、历史、哲学、教育等领域。后现代背景下一些大学生存在政治信仰迷茫,集体主义精神不足,价值取向扭曲,诚信意识淡薄,社会责任感缺乏,优秀传统美德遗失等问题,享乐主义、个人主义和拜金主义滋生。高校必须将大学生思想政治教育放在首位。 本文分三大部分论述。“后现代背景下高校思想政治教育概述”讨论四个问题：后现代社会的主要特点,从社会特征看是信息和科学技术膨胀的时代,从知识特征看一切知识都被数字化、符号化、商品化。后现代主义的内涵,即对现代主义的回应,排斥“整体”的观念,强调异质性、特殊性和唯一性；后现代主义主要特征即非理性、反基础、反中心、多元视角、消解主体性和反传统。后现代背景下高校思想政治教育策略研究意义,从理论意义上而言促进思想政治教育学科的理论建设,从实践意义上而言增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性。“后现代背景下高校思想政治教育面临的挑战”：价值多元导致思想政治教育主导功能受到干扰。思想政治教育者主导地位受到冲击,体现在教育目的观上、教育立场、师生观上的冲击。大学生信仰危机现象普遍,体现在没有精神家园,信仰日趋功利化,价值评价标准模糊。“应对后现代背景下高校思想政治教育挑战的策略”讨论三个问题：要将社会主义核心价值体系潜移默化的融入高校思想政治教育,这种做法有利于辨别认识后现代主义思潮积极面和消极面。不断加强思想政治教育者的主导地位、主导意识,通过巩固课堂载体和占领网络阵地构筑思想政治教育者的主导阵地,通过结合时代特色和社会热点进行教育、实施疏导方针和优化思想政治教育环境丰富思想政治教育者的主导方法。重视大学生理想信念教育；学校要加大教育教学改革力度,重视价值观和法律意识教育,弘扬爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义主旋律；加强中华民族传统美德教育。

The phenomenon of belief crisis of college students is widespread, which is reflected in the lack of spiritual home, the increasing utilitarianism of belief and the vague evaluation standard of value. "Strategies to meet the challenge of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the post-modern background" is discussed in three aspects: the incorporation of the socialist core value system into ideological and political education in colleges and universities; This approach helps to distinguish the positive and negative aspects of postmodernism. Strengthening the leading position of ideological and political educators, leading consciousness, constructing the leading position of ideological and political educators by consolidating the classroom carrier and occupying the network position, and carrying out education by combining the characteristics of the times and social hot spots, Carrying out the guiding principle and optimizing the environment of ideological and political education is the leading method of enriching the ideological and political education. We should pay attention to the education of college students' ideals and beliefs, strengthen the reform of education and teaching, emphasize the education of values and legal consciousness, carry forward the theme of patriotism, collectivism and socialism, and strengthen the education of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.
