面向企业技术创新的校企知识转移作用机理——基于370家企业的实证研究

【摘要】:通过开展校企知识转移,提高企业知识存量,是增强企业技术创新能力的重要途径,目前关于其内在作用机理的研究尚不多见。本文从6个构面构建了理论模型,对370家企业进行了问卷调查,运用AMOS软件对数据进行了分析。研究结果表明,知识转移绩效与知识复杂性和内隐性、大学知识转移意愿和传授能力、企业组织激励和吸收能力、校企间关系信任、组织距离和知识距离等具有密切关系,校企知识转移绩效与企业技术创新能力具有强正相关关系。在理论研究和实证分析的基础上,提出了提高我国校企知识转移绩效和企业技术创新能力的建议。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to enhance the technological innovation ability of enterprises by carrying out the knowledge transfer in schools and enterprises and improving the knowledge stock of enterprises. At present, the research on its internal mechanism is still rare. In this paper, a theoretical model is constructed from six facets, a questionnaire survey is conducted on 370 enterprises, and the data are analyzed by using AMOS software. The results show that the performance of knowledge transfer is closely related to the complexity and tacit of knowledge, the willingness to transfer knowledge and the ability to impart knowledge, the ability of organizational motivation and absorption, the trust of the relationship between schools and enterprises, the distance of organization and the distance of knowledge, etc. There is a strong positive correlation between the knowledge transfer performance of school and enterprise and the technological innovation ability of enterprises. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of knowledge transfer and technological innovation of enterprises in China.
