高校辅导员角色问题剖析与对策研究

【摘要】:由于科学技术与知识经济的飞速发展,21世纪的高校逐渐从社会的边缘走向社会的中心。高校的目标是要培养高素质的创新型人才,满足人类社会发展的需要。高校辅导员在大学生全面健康成长成才的过程中,起到专任教师无法替代的重要作用,其角色的发挥直接影响到大学生的培养质量,影响高校培养人才目标的实现。这些变化导致高校辅导员的角色发生转变,并且对辅导员的自身素质提出更高的要求,也是辅导员工作复杂性与艰难性的充分体现。 研究新时期高校辅导员的角色,有利于辅导员高效的开展工作。那么,高校辅导员在新的形势下到底应该扮演什么样的角色?在实际工作中,辅导员角色扮演遇到了哪些问题?是否真正履行了其自身的职责?如何对辅导员角色进行有效管理?所有这些问题都是本文试着去探讨和解决的,这也正是本文的出发点和立足点。 本文主要采用学科性研究方法和文献分析方法,借鉴学术界的先期成果,从分析高校辅导员角色认识和角色现状出发,剖析现实中辅导员队伍中存在的问题,找出其深层次的原因,进而提出辅导员角色管理的对策。 本文共分为三部分: 第一部分:从角色的概念出发,进一步阐述对高校辅导员角色的认识,明确辅导员是集教育、管理和服务三位一体的教师。无论是教育、管理还是服务,最根本的是要促进大学生全面健康的成长成才。研究当代大学生成长的特点和规律,分析新形势下辅导员应扮演的角色是很有意义的。 第二部分:角色扮演是角色理论的中心概念,个体扮演角色都不是一帆风顺的,会遇到很多问题。深入剖析高校辅导员在扮演这些角色的过程中遇到的问题以及引发这些问题的表层原因和深层原因是相当重要的。 第三部分:这是本文的落脚点。借鉴人力资源管理理论,提出优化高校辅导员角色的要求和对策,促进学生工作的开展,保障辅导员工作权益,提高高校人力资源管理效能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge economy, colleges and universities are gradually moving from the edge of society to the center of society in the 21st century. The goal of colleges and universities is to train high-quality innovative talents to meet the needs of the development of human society. College counselors play an important role that full-time teachers can not replace in the process of university students growing up in a comprehensive and healthy way. The role of counselors directly affects the quality of college students' cultivation and the realization of the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities. These changes lead to the transformation of the role of college counselors, and put forward higher requirements on the counselors' own quality, which is also the full embodiment of the complexity and difficulty of counselors' work. The study of the role of college counselors in the new period is conducive to the effective work of counselors. So what role should college counselors play in the new situation? What are the problems encountered by counselors' role-playing in practice? Have they really fulfilled their responsibilities? How to effectively manage the role of counselors? All these problems are explored and solved in this paper, which is the starting point and foothold of this paper. This article mainly adopts the discipline research method and the literature analysis method, draws lessons from the academic circles' advance achievement, starts from the analysis university counsellor's role cognition and the role present situation, analyzes the reality in the instructor troop existence question, Find out its deep level reason, and then put forward the countermeasure of counselor's role management. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part: starting from the concept of role, the further elaboration of the role of college counselors, it is clear that counselors are a trinity of education, management and service teachers. Whether education, management or service, the most fundamental is to promote the full and healthy growth of college students. It is meaningful to study the characteristics and laws of college students' growth and to analyze the role that counselors should play in the new situation. The second part: role playing is the central concept of role theory. It is very important to deeply analyze the problems encountered by college counselors in the process of playing these roles, as well as the surface and deep causes of these problems. The third part: this is the foothold of this article. Based on the theory of human resource management, this paper puts forward the requirements and countermeasures to optimize the role of counselors in colleges and universities, to promote the development of student work, to protect the rights and interests of counselors, and to improve the efficiency of human resources management in colleges and universities.
