研究生思想政治工作存在的问题及对策分析

【摘要】：研究生教育在我国教育结构中居于最高位置，担负着为我国现代化建设培养高素质创新人才的重任，也是增强我国综合国力和国际竞争力的重要支撑力量。研究生不但要具备扎实的专业理论知识，更应具有良好的思想政治素质和高尚的人格，这才是完整的研究生教育。然而，，当前我国研究生思想政治工作仍就存在一定的问题，管理体制中存在制度不健全，职权界定不清晰，实际工作中也存在诸多问题。当前，一些地方或高校在研究生思想政治方面，从观念到实践都存在着较为严重的问题，这将会直接影响到研究生教育质量的提高。科学家克拉默曾发出警示：“道德上的疏忽在科学领域受到的惩罚比在商业界严厉得多。”高校应从我国科教兴国、人才强国战略的高度，在重视研究生专业素质提高的同时，也不能忽视研究生思想政治工作的重要性，应以强化思想政治工作为突破口，培养高素质复合型人才。本文主要分为四部分：第一部分，介绍本选题的选题背景和研究意义，并从国家发展的角度阐述了研究生思想政治工作的重大意义。第二部分，论述研究生思想政治工作的理论依据。研究生思想政治工作并不是无源之水，而是有其存在的根据。本文从人的本质理论、人的全面发展理论，以及历史唯物主义原理三方面进行了论证。第三部分，揭示研究生思想政治工作存在的问题，是整个文章的重要部分，主要从管理体制、专兼职队伍建设、具有工作三方面指出研究生思想政治工作存在的问题。第四部分，针对第三部分存在的问题，试图寻求解决途径，主要从管理体制、思想政治工作主体的素质、思想政治工作介体、内外环境四个方面寻找解决途径。
[Abstract]:Postgraduate education occupies the highest position in the educational structure of our country. It bears the important task of cultivating high quality and innovative talents for the modernization of our country, and it is also an important supporting force to enhance the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness of our country. Graduate students should not only have solid professional theoretical knowledge, but also have good ideological and political quality and noble personality, which is the complete graduate education. However, at present, there are still some problems in the ideological and political work of graduate students in our country, such as imperfect management system, unclear definition of authority and authority, and many problems in practical work. At present, there are serious problems in the ideological and political aspects of graduate students in some places or universities, which will directly affect the improvement of the quality of graduate education. Scientist Kramer warned: "moral negligence is more severely punished in science than in business." Colleges and universities should pay attention to the improvement of graduate students' professional quality from the height of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and should not ignore the importance of graduate students' ideological and political work, and should take strengthening ideological and political work as the breakthrough point. Cultivate high quality compound talents. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of this topic, and expounds the significance of the ideological and political work of graduate students from the perspective of national development. The second part discusses the theoretical basis of graduate ideological and political work. Graduate ideological and political work is not a source of water, but a basis for its existence. This paper demonstrates from three aspects: the theory of human nature, the theory of all-round development of human, and the principle of historical materialism. The third part reveals the problems existing in the ideological and political work of graduate students, which is an important part of the whole article. It mainly points out the problems existing in the ideological and political work of graduate students from three aspects: the management system, the construction of part-time staff and the work. The fourth part, aiming at the problems in the third part, tries to find a way to solve the problems, mainly from the management system, the quality of ideological and political work subjects, the ideological and political work intermediary, the internal and external environment.
