本科院校内部发展性教学评估研究
[Abstract]:Developmental teaching evaluation is an evaluation concept and evaluation system for the purpose of promoting the overall development of evaluation objects. With individual development as the basis, pay attention to professional development and personality development mutual cooperation and mutual trust. Based on the application background and development potential of developmental teaching evaluation, this paper makes an investigation and research on the self-assessment and self-construction work in colleges and universities in Hunan Province through the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and interview. At the same time of deeply analyzing the problems, this paper explores the gains and losses in the process of internal teaching evaluation in local colleges and universities, actively carries out the exploration and attempt of applying the developmental teaching evaluation, and puts forward the evaluation subject from the developmental perspective in the evaluation mode. The evaluation methods and contents guide the internal teaching evaluation of colleges and universities. Based on the principles of scientific application, this paper puts forward the establishment of a developmental teaching evaluation model in colleges and universities, and designs basic indicators, which are mainly discussed in four aspects: development goal, development potential, development process and development effect. On this basis, the seven-stage operation mode is proposed. In the fifth chapter, the author explores the guarantee mechanism of developmental teaching evaluation. From the ideological security, system security, technical security and research security to be discussed. Finally, the potential utility of developmental teaching evaluation is put forward: unifying the development needs of evaluation objects and colleges and universities, promoting the integration of management mode, ensuring the harmony of management quality and efficiency, and realizing the friendly cooperation between teachers and students. This paper has positive theoretical and practical significance for promoting self-evaluation of undergraduate teaching in local colleges and universities.
