高校情感德育研究

【摘要】:动之以情,晓之以理。情感德育注重以人为本,旨在通过情感对受教育者进行启迪、培养和引导,激发其产生新的道德情感,并将已内化的道德认知转化为教育所期待的外在的道德行为。情感德育,,作为高校德育的一种重要方法和有效途径,对提升大学生道德情感,促进他们全面发展和人格健全有着重要的意义。对我国高校情感德育研究,有助于进一步掌握情感德育的发展现状和实质所在,进一步提升情感德育影响力,进而增强高校德育实效性。 本论文以道德、情感、情感德育、道德情感相关概念为逻辑起点,以情感德育的生成基础、内容特征、功能作用为理论支撑,对河北省的四所省属院校进行了实地走访和调查,并获得第一手的数据资料和经典案例。通过对国内外情感德育研究情况的梳理和分析,归纳并总结出我国高校情感德育实效性低所存在的问题,不仅有大学生自身道德体验缺乏、家庭教育偏重智育发展的原因,还有社会中由于制度、文化、网络等因素所影响,同时,还有高校自身对大学生道德情感的发展重视不够,认识不足的原因。为此,要健全高校德育制度、规范道德教育、提高德育实效性就需要坚持遵循高校情感德育的原则、明确高校情感德育目标、完善高校情感德育内容、探索高校情感德育实施途径等。此外,本文中通过对高校经典案例的引用和分析,是期待能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,为进一步增强高校德育实效性提供有力的理论和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:Be emotional and reasonable. Emotional moral education focuses on people-oriented, aims at enlightening, cultivating and guiding the educatee through emotion, arousing it to produce new moral emotion, and transforming the internalized moral cognition into the external moral behavior expected by education. Emotional moral education, as an important method and effective way of moral education in colleges and universities, is of great significance to enhance the moral feelings of college students and promote their all-round development and integrity of personality. The research on emotional moral education in colleges and universities in China is helpful to further grasp the present situation and essence of emotional moral education, to further enhance the influence of emotional moral education, and then to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. This paper takes moral, emotional moral education and moral affective related concepts as the logical starting point, and makes a field visit and investigation to the four provincial colleges and universities in Hebei Province, based on the theoretical support of the formation basis, content characteristics and function of emotional moral education. And obtain first-hand data and classic cases. By combing and analyzing the research situation of emotional moral education at home and abroad, this paper sums up the problems existing in the low effectiveness of emotional moral education in colleges and universities in China. Not only are there the reasons for the lack of moral experience of college students themselves, but also the emphasis on intellectual development in family education. At the same time, colleges and universities themselves pay less attention to the development of college students' moral feelings. Therefore, in order to perfect the moral education system, standardize the moral education and improve the effectiveness of moral education, we should adhere to the principles of emotional moral education in colleges and universities, clarify the objectives of emotional moral education in colleges and universities, and perfect the content of emotional moral education in colleges and universities. To explore the ways of implementing emotional moral education in colleges and universities. In addition, by quoting and analyzing the classic cases in colleges and universities, the author expects to be able to play an important role in promoting the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, and provides a powerful theoretical and practical reference for further strengthening the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
