当今大学生集体主义教育对策研究

【摘要】：我国高校集体主义教育不仅是德育目标的一部分，而且是实施素质教育的重要内容。党的十八大报告将大力弘扬民族精神和时代精神，，深入开展爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育，作为社会主义核心价值观教育的重要组成部分。毋庸置疑，在当今学校德育中，集体主义教育显得尤为重要。大学生肩负着建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国的历史重任，因此，加强和改进当今大学生集体主义教育势在必行。在当今社会环境下，有必要对集体主义教育理念、目标、内容及方法等给予新的探析。本文从当今大学生集体主义教育相关问题出发，并进行原因分析，为探索走出当今大学生集体主义教育困境提出了对策，力求促进高校思想政治教育工作有效、顺利地进行。 本文以教育学、伦理学、心理学等学科为理论基础，通过文献法、问卷调查法、跨学科综合研究法，借鉴国内外在本研究领域的成果、专著与文献，并对所收集的资料进行研究、对比与筛选，从而总结归纳出当今大学生集体主义教育存在如下主要问题：（1）教育理念滞后；（2）教育目标偏失；（3）教育内容缺乏针对性、时效性；（4）教育方法重灌输轻实践；（5）教育者言行失范。针对以上问题进行原因分析包括：（1）传统思想政治教育理念的影响；（2）高校对大学生集体主义教育的重视程度不够；（3）大学生集体主义教育缺乏系统理论的支撑；（4）传统思想政治教育方法的弊端；（5）现行师德规范与时代发展不相适应。综合上述理论分析和实际工作研究，提出了当今大学生集体主义教育的对策：（1）更新教育理念；（2）确立切实可行的教育目标；（3）教育内容要有针对性、时效性；（4）改进方法创新载体；（5）加强和改进师德建设。同时还借鉴了当今国外学校道德教育的经验，吸收了其中有利于我国集体主义教育发展的内容、方法和实践形式,从而推进我国高校大学生集体主义教育的顺利实施。
[Abstract]:Collectivism education is not only a part of moral education, but also an important part of quality education. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party will vigorously carry forward the national spirit and the spirit of the times, and carry out in depth the education of patriotism, collectivism and socialism as an important part of the education of socialist core values. Undoubtedly, collectivism education is especially important in school moral education. College students shoulder the historical responsibility of building a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen and improve the collectivism education of college students. In the present social environment, it is necessary to give a new analysis to the collectivism education idea, goal, content and method. Based on the related problems of college students' collectivism education and the analysis of the reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to explore the dilemma of college students' collectivism education, and tries to promote the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities to carry out effectively and smoothly. Based on the theories of pedagogy, ethics, psychology and so on, this paper draws lessons from domestic and foreign achievements, monographs and literature through literature method, questionnaire survey and interdisciplinary comprehensive research. The main problems of collectivism education of college students are summarized as follows: (1) lagged behind educational idea; (2) partial loss of educational goal; (3) lack of pertinence and timeliness of educational content; (4) the education method pays more attention to the indoctrination than the practice, (5) the educator's words and deeds are out of order. The reasons for the above problems are as follows: (1) the influence of traditional ideological and political education; (2) the degree of college students' collectivism education is not enough; (3) the college students' collectivism education lacks the support of systematic theory. (4) the disadvantages of the traditional methods of ideological and political education, (5) the current norms of teachers' ethics are not suitable for the development of the times. Based on the above theoretical analysis and practical research, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of collectivism education for college students: (1) renewing the educational concept; (2) establishing practical educational objectives; (3) the content of education should be targeted and timely; (4) innovation carrier of improving methods, (5) strengthening and improving teachers' moral construction. At the same time, it draws lessons from the experience of moral education in foreign countries, and absorbs the contents, methods and practical forms which are beneficial to the development of collectivism education in our country, so as to promote the smooth implementation of collectivism education for college students in our country.
