大学生就业焦虑人群的箱庭作品特征及其干预

【摘要】:大学生就业焦虑的界定为:个体(尤其是初次就业的大学生)在面临职业选择时,对择业的过程和结果表现出来的一种紧张、不安、强烈、持久的情绪体验,并由此引起的相应的认知、生理和行为上的相应的变化。在国内,有研究者做过大学生就业焦虑研究,但具有特殊意义的具体的心理干预研究还很少。加强大学新生的心理健康教育,特别是培养大学新生适应能力的教育,使其适应大学生活并为投身社会奠定坚实的基础,有着重要的现实意义和实践价值。本研究在综述国内外大量关于大学生就业焦虑的文献的基础上,明确了大学生就业焦虑的定义、相关理论、影响因素、测量和干预方法。然后通过主观报告、辅导员介绍、理论标准、SAS和STAI前后测的差异比较,选取十二名新生(其中六名入学不适新生,六名入学适应新生),采用箱庭疗法对咨询现场的过程进行记录和分析,总结出入学不适新生箱庭作品的特征。通过探讨箱庭疗法(SandplayTherapy)对新生入学不适来访者的治疗过程和效果,来检验箱庭疗法对提高大学新生适应能力和心理健康水平的效果。 结论: (1)大学生就业焦虑者所使用的玩具种类、数量、内容,制作箱庭的时间相对于大学生非就业焦虑者来说较多、较丰富。 (2)就业焦虑组的无生命物的使用较多于非就业焦虑组的无生命的使用,就业焦虑组的生命物得使用较少于非就业焦虑组的生命物的使用。 (3)就业焦虑人群相对于非就业焦虑人群来说,表现出的对抗场面较多,和谐场面较少;动态场面较多,静态场面较少。 (4)大学生就业焦虑人群相对于大学生非就业焦虑人群来说大幅动沙的情况更少,,未动沙的情况更多。 (5)大学生就业焦虑人群在箱庭作品中没有考虑安排自己的自我像或者说没有意识到自我在内心世界中的位置,是自己内部世界的旁观者,并且他们也较少用动物、植物等物品代替自己的形象。 (6)大学生就业焦虑人群在箱庭作品中表现创伤主题比例均高于大学生非就业焦虑人群。 (7)大学生就业焦虑人群在箱庭作品中表现的深入、诞生、培育、灵性等治愈主题比例均低于大学生非就业焦虑人群。 (8)本研究表明,箱庭疗法对于职业决策困难大学生具有理想的干预效果。
[Abstract]:The employment anxiety of college students is defined as a tense, uneasy, intense and lasting emotional experience when the individual (especially the first-time employment college student) is faced with the career choice, the process and the result of choosing a career. And the resulting corresponding cognitive, physiological and behavioral changes. In China, some researchers have done research on employment anxiety of college students, but there are few specific psychological intervention studies with special significance. It is of great practical significance and practical value to strengthen the mental health education of college freshmen, especially to train the adaptation ability of freshmen, to adapt them to college life and to lay a solid foundation for their participation in society. On the basis of summarizing a large number of literatures on employment anxiety of college students at home and abroad, this study clarifies the definition, relevant theory, influencing factors, measurement and intervention methods of employment anxiety of college students. Then, through subjective reports, counselors' introduction, theoretical standards, differences between SAS and STAI before and after testing, twelve freshmen (six of whom were unwell enrolled) were selected. In this paper, the author records and analyzes the process of counseling site by using box therapy, and summarizes the features of the work of sick freshmen. In order to test the effect of box court therapy on college freshmen's adaptive ability and mental health level, this paper discusses the treatment process and effect of (SandplayTherapy) on freshmen. Conclusion: (1) the types, quantity, contents and the time of making box of the students' employment anxiety are more than those of the students' non-employment anxiety. (2) the use of inanimate objects in the employment anxiety group was more than that in the non-employment anxiety group. (3) compared with the non-employment anxiety group, the employment anxiety group showed more confrontations and fewer harmonious scenes; (3) compared with the non-employment anxiety group, the employment anxiety group used less life material than the non-employment anxiety group. (4) compared with the non-employment anxiety group, the college students' employment anxiety group is much less than the non-employment anxiety group, (5) the college students' employment anxiety group did not consider arranging their own self-image or did not realize their position in the inner world, and they were the onlookers of their inner world. And they use less animals, (6) the proportion of college students' employment anxiety in box work is higher than that of college students' non-employment anxiety. (7) the proportion of college students' employment anxiety is higher than that of college students' non-employment anxiety. The depth of the performance in the chamber works, The proportion of healing themes such as birth, cultivation and spirituality is lower than that of non-employment anxiety group. (8) this study shows that box therapy has an ideal intervention effect on college students with difficult career decisions.
