教师口语训练的阶梯模式构成

【摘要】：师范院校学生口语训练是师范教育的重要环节,但是,许多院校都把普通话的学习与教师口语能力训练混为一谈,以普通话的发音标准来代替教师口语水平测量。本文在以掌握普通话为前提的基础上,论述了教师口语训练的三个阶梯形模式。即教师肢体语言训练的初级阶梯;教师心灵语言互动训练的中级阶梯;教师个性语言整合训练的高级阶梯。通过"三个阶梯"模式的训练,教师口语能力将逐渐达到完美或者比较完美的程度。
[Abstract]:The oral training of students in normal colleges is an important link in normal education. However, many colleges and universities confuse the study of Putonghua with the training of teachers' oral ability, and substitute the standard of pronunciation of Putonghua for the measurement of teachers' oral level. Based on the premise of mastering Putonghua, this paper discusses three stepwise models of teacher's oral training. That is, the primary step of teacher's body language training, the intermediate step of teacher's mind language interaction training, and the advanced step of teacher's personality language integration training. Through the training of the "three steps" model, the teacher's oral ability will gradually reach the perfect or more perfect degree.
