高校创新教育对信息人的作用研究

【摘要】：信息时代,通讯设备的发达,知识翻新加快,导致科技飞速发展,经济的发展。这样的速度带来的紧迫感,商界的竞争更加激烈了,各个国家之间的竞争也更加激烈了,这不得不给这个世界的人类更大的压力。人们需要更多的创新以便跟得上和适应经济的飞速发展,而创新需要创新人才,创新人才需要创新教育的培育。在信息社会,创新人才就是信息人才,具备信息素才能有所创新。创新教育就是培养信息人才。创新教育需要培养信息人归纳总结演绎信息的能力,培养信息人具备信息整合,资源整合的能力。在背景信息的筛选下,整合出自己的东西来,这就是新的信息的创造。这就是创新,创新就是信息的重新整合。信息整合就是符号化的实践创新。创新教育就是信息人素质的不断完善的过程。创新教育对信息人培养的作用就是,创新教育就是在培育信息人,信息人素质的不断完善就是为了培养创新人才,推动世界创新实践的不断实现。本文首先对“创新”、“创新教育”、“信息”、“信息人”概念进行辨析和论述。之后,对创新教育和信息人之间的关系做了系统的论述；对创新教育对信息人培养作用的研究做了洋尽的分析和概述。最后,对创新教育培育信息人做了策略研究。
[Abstract]:In the information age, with the development of communication equipment and the acceleration of knowledge renovation, science and technology develop rapidly and economy develops rapidly. The urgency of this pace, the increased competition in the business world and the fiercer competition among nations have to put more pressure on the human race in the world. People need more innovation in order to keep up with and adapt to the rapid development of the economy, and innovation needs innovation talents, innovation talents need innovation education cultivation. In the information society, innovative talents are information talents. Innovative education is to train information talents. Innovation education needs to cultivate the ability of induction and deduction of information and the ability of integrating information and resources. Under the background information screening, the integration of their own things, this is the creation of new information. This is innovation, innovation is the re-integration of information. Information integration is the practice innovation of symbolization. Innovative education is the process of continuous improvement of information person's quality. The function of innovation education to the cultivation of information person is that innovation education is to cultivate information person, and the continuous improvement of information person's quality is to train innovative talents and promote the continuous realization of the world's innovation practice. This paper first analyzes and discusses the concepts of "innovation", "innovation education" and "information person". After that, the relationship between innovation education and information person is systematically discussed, and the research on the role of innovation education in information person training is analyzed and summarized. At last, the paper studies the strategy of innovating education and cultivating information person.
