新时期军队校园文化建设研究

【摘要】：文化是国家文明和民族品格的集中体现，是一个国家和整个民族的灵魂所在。伴随着人类社会的不断发展进步，作为团结广大人民群众、推动社会全面发展的精神支撑，文化的力量在民族凝聚力、生命力、创造力中产生了巨大而又深远的影响。在当今国际环境中，文化与政治、经济三者之间相互作用，相互影响，其在国际竞争中所具体有的地位以及所具有的影响力正在不断增强和提高，已经逐渐成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标准。在复杂的国际环境中，经济实力、科技实力、国防实力与文化实力共同构成了国际竞争四要素。 校园文化是提升我国文化实力的一大支柱，是社会主义和谐文化建设中的重要内容。军队校园文化是校园文化在军事领域的一种特殊形态，军队院校展开展思想政治工作的重要手段，也是凝炼院校精神，提升军队院校综合竞争实力的重要途径。在大力弘扬社会主义和谐文化建设的今天，军队校园文化建设应更加注重其内涵和品质，始终坚持用科学的理论武装、用高尚的精神塑造，重点培养造就具有强烈爱国主义精神、高尚的道德情操、顽强的意志品质、良好的知识储备，较强的应变能力的现代化军政素质全面的复合型高学历人才。 在本文中，首先对军队校园文化的基本结构、功能、特征从理论层面进行了较为深入研究和分析，提出了军队校园文化的基本内涵。其次，将军队校园文化与普通校园文化进行了比较，，对二者之间的共性与差异做了简单论述；第三，从操作层面上对当前军队校园文化建设的现状和存在的问题做出系统的总结和深入的分析，最后提出了新时期新阶段我军院校校园文化建设的指导思想和建设原则，并提出相应的对策，为促进今后军队校园文化建设又好又快发展拓宽了思路。
[Abstract]:Culture is the concentrated embodiment of national civilization and national character, and the soul of a country and the whole nation. With the continuous development and progress of human society, as the spiritual support to unite the broad masses of the people and promote the all-round development of the society, the strength of culture has a great and far-reaching impact on the national cohesion, vitality and creativity. In today's international environment, culture, politics and economy interact and affect each other, and their specific position and influence in international competition are increasing and increasing. It has gradually become an important standard to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. In the complex international environment, the economic strength, the scientific and technological strength, the national defense strength and the cultural strength constitute the four elements of international competition. Campus culture is a pillar to promote the cultural strength of our country and an important content in the construction of socialist harmonious culture. Military campus culture is a special form of campus culture in the military field. It is an important means to develop ideological and political work in military academies, and also an important way to refine the spirit of colleges and universities and to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of military colleges and universities. Today, when we are carrying forward the construction of socialist harmonious culture, the construction of military campus culture should pay more attention to its connotation and quality, and always insist on using scientific theory to arm and shape with noble spirit. Emphasis is placed on the cultivation of highly qualified modern military and government personnel with strong patriotism, noble moral sentiment, tenacious will, good knowledge reserve and strong adaptability. In this paper, the basic structure, function and characteristics of the military campus culture are studied and analyzed from the theoretical level, and the basic connotation of the military campus culture is put forward. Secondly, the military campus culture and ordinary campus culture are compared, and the similarities and differences between the two are briefly discussed. Third, This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of military campus culture from the operational level, and finally puts forward the guiding ideology and construction principles of the campus culture construction of our military academies in the new period and new stage. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to promote the construction of military campus culture in the future.
