基于学生满意度调查的某高校吸引力研究

【摘要】:随着高等教育的进一步发展,由精英教育过渡到大众教育后,高校面对的问题日益增多,,特别是适龄人员的减少,造成高校生源紧张,一些院校面临生死危机的考验。在这种严峻的形势下,各级各类学校无不把学校的吸引力建设摆在重要位置,以对外提高知名度,吸引更多的考生报考,对内提高凝聚力,培养优秀毕业生。 本文正是在这种背景下,通过走访座谈、文献查阅、问卷调查等方式确定学校吸引力重要因素,并通过信度效度分析、因子分析等研究手段建立吸引力模型。运用层次分析法对调查数据进行统计分析,确定模型的各级指标因素权重系数,为测量学校吸引力的状况构建了统一标准。 以高校吸引力模型为基础,本文按照一级指标:高校吸引力,二级指标:学习设施、生存环境、管理活动、发展保障、招就影响,三级指标:教学基础设、学校环境、课外活动等12个因素,以及四级指标59个因素,设计问卷调查,对案例学校522名不同年级在校学生进行调查。通过数据分析验证模型的可行性,同时为案例学校的吸引力状况分析提供基本数据。本文得出案例学校最具吸引力的因素有:校园风气、就业工作、教师素质、个人发展、教学设施等因素,吸引力权重系数为80.13%。 本文以调查数据为基础,分析了案例学校在吸引力建设中的优势、劣势。提出了建设合理的师资队伍、全面提升学校核心竞争力、打造健康积极向上的校园环境、建设合理的师资队伍、加大宣传力度提升学校的知名度等意见,并在具体实施策略上进行了进一步探讨。
[Abstract]:With the further development of higher education, after the transition from elite education to mass education, the problems faced by colleges and universities are increasing day by day, especially the decrease of the number of persons of appropriate age, which results in the tension of college students, and some colleges are faced with the test of life and death crisis. In this severe situation, all kinds of schools at all levels put the school's attraction construction in an important position, in order to enhance the visibility of the outside, attract more candidates to apply for the examination, improve cohesion within the country, and train outstanding graduates. Under this background, this paper determines the important factors of school attractiveness by means of interviews, literature references, questionnaires and so on, and establishes the attraction model by means of reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis and other research methods. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the survey data and to determine the weight coefficients of the various index factors of the model, thus establishing a unified standard for measuring the attractiveness of schools. Based on the attractiveness model of colleges and universities, according to the first class index: college attraction, secondary index: learning facilities, living environment, management activities, development security, the third level of indicators: teaching foundation, school environment, Twelve factors such as extracurricular activities and 59 factors of four levels were designed to investigate 522 students of different grades in case school. The feasibility of the model is verified by data analysis, and the basic data are provided for case school attractiveness analysis. This paper concludes that the most attractive factors of the case school are: campus atmosphere, employment, teachers' quality, personal development, teaching facilities, etc. The attractive weight coefficient is 80.13. Based on the survey data, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of case schools in the construction of attraction. Some suggestions are put forward, such as building a reasonable teaching staff, comprehensively promoting the core competitiveness of the school, creating a healthy and positive campus environment, building a reasonable teaching staff, increasing publicity and promoting the popularity of the school, etc. And in the specific implementation strategy for further discussion.
