契合就业深化新疆大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：当前大学生的思想观念和价值取向受到多重冲击，大学生的就业形势不容乐观，这不仅给许多大学生本人及其家庭和社会造成一定的压力，也给高校教育带来了挑战。契合就业深化新疆大学生思想政治教育就是在思路上以开放、发展的眼光看待新变化，把握高校思想政治工作的社会背景，在思想政治教育工作内容上细化分层，在工作上针对大学生的实际情况，改变现有的教育模式的滞后性，认识并尊重大学生们的主体性，调动他们的学习积极性、引导其选择性，教给他们价值选择的能力，帮助他们明辨长远利益、知晓重大利益、拉动现实利益，以促使其在获得既得利益的同时更受到教育。契合就业深化思想政治教育不是简单的或单纯的迎合就业需求进行的教育，而是深化思想政治教育的一个切入点，，是为了更顺畅的对新疆高校大学生进行更深层次和更全面的思想政治教育。通过契合就业这一切入点和抓手对新疆高校大学生进行系统而全面的思想政治教育，就是要大力培养大学生“感恩于心、责任于肩、奉献于行”的思想品行。这对于新疆高校教育的发展和人才培养、新疆未来社会经济的发展，对于建设繁荣富裕和谐稳定的新疆，实现新疆跨越式发展都有着积极的意义。全文共分四个部分：第一部分是引言，详尽论述了本文的选题背景和研究意义、国内外研究现状，论文的研究思路、方法以及创新点和难点。第二部分是对契合就业深化新疆大学生思想政治教育的概述。主要对本论文关键性概念作了简要的阐释，对改革开放以来我过大学生思想政治教育的发展做了简要评述并对新疆大学生思想政治教育对象的特点从宏观和微观两个方面进行了总结。第三部分是新疆大学生有关就业思想的现状与问题分析。通过对新疆9所高校的问卷调查和部分访谈的方式大体掌握了新疆大学生就业思想的现状，找出其就业思想中存在的主要问题，并从个人、家庭、学校和社会这四个方面分析其产生问题的具体原因，指出要协调与控制各种影响因素，使之同向发挥积极作用。第四部分针对新疆大学生就业思想中存在的主要问题提出对策。首先，契合大学生的就业需求，提高认识、创新思想政治教育理念；其次，加强和完善新疆大学生思想政治教育机制建设，为有效地开展思想政治教育提供完善的机制和体制保障；最后，拓展和丰富新疆大学生思想政治教育的有效形式，为激发新疆大学生的进一步发展进行积极探索，促进其全面发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the ideological concept and value orientation of college students are under many impacts, and the employment situation of college students is not optimistic, which not only causes certain pressure to many college students themselves and their families and society, but also brings challenges to the education of colleges and universities. In line with employment, to deepen the ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang is to look at the new changes from an open and developing perspective, to grasp the social background of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and to refine and stratify the contents of ideological and political education. According to the actual situation of college students, we should change the lagging nature of the existing educational model, recognize and respect the subjectivity of the college students, arouse their enthusiasm in learning, guide their selectivity, and teach them the ability of value choice. Help them discern long-term interests, know important interests, pull real interests, and make them more educated while gaining vested interests. In keeping with employment, deepening ideological and political education is not a simple or simple education to meet the needs of employment, but a starting point for deepening ideological and political education. It is to carry on deeper and more comprehensive ideological and political education to Xinjiang university students. The ideological and political education of Xinjiang college students should be carried out systematically and comprehensively through the appropriate employment. It is necessary to cultivate the students' ideological behavior of "Thanksgiving, responsibility and commitment". This is of positive significance for the development of higher education and the cultivation of talents in Xinjiang, the development of Xinjiang's future social economy, the construction of a prosperous, harmonious and stable Xinjiang, and the realization of Xinjiang's great-leap-forward development. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which discusses the background and significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad, the research ideas, methods, innovative points and difficulties. The second part is a summary of suitable employment to deepen the ideological and political education of Xinjiang college students. The key concepts of this paper are briefly explained. This paper makes a brief comment on the development of ideological and political education for college students since the reform and opening up and summarizes the characteristics of the objects of ideological and political education in Xinjiang from the macro and micro aspects. The third part is the analysis of the present situation and problems of the employment thought of Xinjiang university students. Through the questionnaire survey and some interviews in nine universities in Xinjiang, the author grasps the present situation of the employment thought of college students in Xinjiang, finds out the main problems existing in their employment thought, and finds out the main problems from the perspective of individuals and families. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the four aspects of school and society, and points out that it is necessary to coordinate and control all kinds of influencing factors so that they can play a positive role in the same direction. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to the main problems in the employment thought of Xinjiang college students. First of all, to meet the employment needs of college students, raise awareness, and innovate the idea of ideological and political education; Secondly, strengthen and perfect the ideological and political education mechanism construction of Xinjiang college students, and provide perfect mechanism and system guarantee for carrying out ideological and political education effectively; Finally, we should expand and enrich the effective forms of ideological and political education for Xinjiang college students, and actively explore and promote their all-round development in order to stimulate the further development of Xinjiang college students.
