对吉林省高师院校美术研究生培养现状的思考

【摘要】:随着近几年全国高等师范院校不断的发展和改革,我们非常欣喜的看到吉林地区高师院校美术学院在教学和科研上也都取得了长足的进步。但伴随着这些进步,笔者也在其中发现了一些问题。笔者发现随着美术专业的学生热衷于考研的同时,研究生的就业情况和就业层次并不理想,许多研究生在学习的过程中出现学习目标不明确,缺乏自主学习能力,学习动力不足,就业能力较弱等现象。有些用人单位也反映,研究生在工作中的表现并不是很优秀,适应能力及工作能力较差,没有充分的体现其自身价值。这些问题引起了笔者的关注,作者试图探明存在这些现象的原因,进而研究针对问题的一些建设性的举措。本文主要通过对吉林省地区高师院校美术专业硕士研究生培养现状的分析,从培养目标,研究方向,学位类型,课程设置以及学生就业能力这几个方面入手,从各个角度分析了目前吉林省高师院校的培养现状,总体情况良好,对高师院校美术专业研究生的培养思路较为清晰,研究方向定位相对准确,导师层次较高。但在研究过程中,,笔者发现在高师院校硕士研究生进行分类培养的今天,作为学术型美术专业的研究生,目前的课程内容更新较为缓慢,在人才的培养与社会需求中出现了断层;而就业的压力和社会的上对功利化的追求也深深的影响了在校的学生,导致他们盲目考研,并且影响到日后的学习,使他们对学历产生了功利化的追求,在学习过程中轻视学术研究和自身能力的培养。这些现象将影响到美术学院对研究生的培养,使得培养计划不能顺利完成。因此通过分析,笔者在文章中提出了一系列解决问题的合理化建议:借鉴国内外师范大学美术学院先进的培养经验,结合学校自身文化特色和地域特色,构建有特色的课程体系,激发学生的学习兴趣。充分发挥学校教育行政部门职能,联合就业部门开展职业生涯发展规划和就业能力的培养,使学生清楚认识到自己未来的职业发展,从而激发学生主动学习能力和求知欲望,最大化地促使学生获得更多的知识;完善研究生入学教育,并对学术型的美术专业硕士研究生实行职业化培养,并实现职前教育和职后反馈一体化。 社会的发展瞬息万变,对人才的培养也应跟随发展的脚步与时俱进。社会越进步,对高层次人才的需求也将日益增加。因此作为高师院校这类综合性大学,作为美术这一和社会百姓息息相关的学科,如何培养合格的适应社会发展的高层次美术人才也将成为任重而道远的研究课题。这一课题也值得每一位美术人进行深入的思考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and reform of normal colleges and universities in China in recent years, we are very pleased to see that the fine arts colleges of normal universities in Jilin region have also made great progress in teaching and scientific research. But with these advances, the author also found some problems. The author found that the employment situation and employment level of graduate students are not ideal, and many graduate students have unclear learning goals and lack of autonomous learning ability. Lack of motivation for learning, employment capacity is weak and other phenomena. Some employers also reflect that the performance of graduate students in the work is not very good, adaptability and work ability is poor, not fully reflect its own value. These problems have attracted the attention of the author. The author tries to find out the causes of these phenomena, and then studies some constructive measures to solve the problems. This article mainly through the analysis of the present situation of the training of master's degree of fine arts major in the normal universities of Jilin Province, from the cultivation goal, the research direction, the degree type, the curriculum setup as well as the student employment ability these several aspects, This paper analyzes the current training situation of normal colleges in Jilin Province from various angles. The overall situation is good. The train of thought is clear, the orientation of research is relatively accurate, and the level of tutor is relatively high. However, in the course of the research, the author found that, as a graduate student majoring in academic art, the current curriculum content is relatively slow to update. In the training of talents and social needs there is a fault; And the pressure of employment and the social pursuit of utilitarianism also deeply influenced the students at school, resulting in their blind examination for postgraduate studies, and influenced their future study, and they had a utilitarian pursuit of academic qualifications. In the process of learning despise academic research and the cultivation of their own abilities. These phenomena will affect the training of graduate students in the Academy of Fine Arts, making the training plan can not be completed smoothly. Therefore, through the analysis, the author puts forward a series of rational suggestions to solve the problem: drawing lessons from the advanced training experience of the Fine Arts College of normal University at home and abroad, combining with the cultural and regional characteristics of the school itself, To set up a characteristic curriculum system to stimulate students' interest in learning. To give full play to the functions of the educational administrative department of the school, to carry out the career development planning and the training of the employment ability in the joint employment department, so that the students can clearly realize their future career development, so as to stimulate the students' active learning ability and desire for knowledge. Maximize students to acquire more knowledge; To perfect the graduate education, and to carry out the professional training for the academic masters of fine arts, and to realize the integration of pre-vocational education and post-vocational feedback. The development of society changes rapidly, the cultivation of talents should follow the pace of development with the times. The more progress the society, the higher the demand for high-level talents. Therefore, as a comprehensive university such as normal universities and as a subject closely related to the common people, how to train qualified high-level art talents to adapt to the development of society will become a heavy task and a long way to go. This subject also deserves each fine arts person to carry on the thorough ponder.
