湖北大学楚才学院个性化教育之质的研究

【摘要】:个性化教育是大学生自身发展的需要,是高等教育发展的需要,更是社会发展的需要。基于此,许多高校陆续开展了人才培养的改革试验工作。本文以湖北大学楚才学院为研究对象,采用质的研究方法对其在人才培养过程中实施的个性化教育进行深入细致地研究,旨在探讨个性化人才培养的有效途径,提高个性化教育的质量。本文的研究过程和研究结论,对当前高等学校实施拔尖创新人才培养提供了可资借鉴的理论和实践参考。 本文主要包括六部分:绪论部分介绍了研究的问题、研究的意义、研究的理论基础、研究的思路及框架、研究的方法,并对个性化教育及相关概念进行了界定;第二部分介绍了本文的六个主要研究步骤,对本文的研究思路和研究过程进行了一个较全面地勾勒和描述;第三部分是根据访谈资料,从五个方面归纳出楚才学院个性化教育的现状;第四部分结合对访谈资料的分析,总结了楚才学院在学术科研、求职就业、学生活动等方面的主要成果及在个性化教育理念、分段式培养衔接、培养氛围、评价机制等方面存在的主要问题;第五部分针对楚才学院在开展个性化教育过程中存在的问题,提出了达成追求人才培养质量的共识、落实个性化教育理念、增强分段式培养的整合性、着力发挥导师制的作用、创建人才成长自主发展的平台、推行灵活自主的弹性学制、建立多元评价体系和培育个性化教育的文化氛围等八条建议,以期提高其个性化教育的质量;最后一部分指出了本文在研究方法和研究过程两个方面的创新之处以及对研究的反思和进一步研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:Individualized education is the demand of college students' own development, the development of higher education, and the development of society. Based on this, many colleges and universities have carried out the reform experiment of talent training one after another. This paper takes the College of Chu Talent of Hubei University as the research object, adopts the qualitative research method to carry on the thorough and meticulous research to the individualized education in the personnel training process, in order to explore the effective way of the individualized talented person training. Improve the quality of individualized education. The research process and conclusion of this paper provide a theoretical and practical reference for colleges and universities to carry out top-notch innovative talents training. This article mainly includes six parts: the introduction part introduces the research question, the research significance, the research theory foundation, the research thought and the frame, the research method, and has carried on the definition to the individualized education and the related concept; The second part introduces the six main research steps of this paper, and gives a more comprehensive outline and description of the research ideas and research process. The third part is based on the interview materials, from five aspects to conclude the current situation of personalized education in Chucai College; The fourth part combined with the analysis of the interview materials, summarized the main achievements of Chucai College in academic research, job hunting, student activities and so on, as well as the individualized education concept, piecewise training, cultivation atmosphere, etc. The main problems in evaluation mechanism; In the fifth part, aiming at the problems existing in the process of developing individualized education, the author puts forward the consensus of pursuing the quality of personnel training, implementing the concept of individualized education, strengthening the integration of segmental training, and exerting the role of tutorial system. In order to improve the quality of individualized education, we should establish a platform for the independent development of talents, carry out flexible and independent education system, establish a pluralistic evaluation system and cultivate the cultural atmosphere of individualized education. In the last part, the author points out the innovation of the research method and the research process, as well as the introspection of the research and the prospect of the further research direction.
