需求导向下我国高校德育的改进策略

【摘要】:当今时代,国际竞争日趋激烈,高层次人才的培养成为各国竞争的主题。高等学校作为人才培养的主要基地,也成为这场没有硝烟的竞争的主阵地。高校德育作为我国高等教育人才培养的一个重要组成部分,能否更好地立足实际,从学生自身的发展出发,结合经济社会发展需求和学校发展需求,丰富德育内容的多样性,体现德育途径的立体性,强化德育过程的实践性,增强德育策略的有效性,直接关系到培养学生的质量,也直接影响到学校的发展,更决定了国家在国际竞争中的优势程度。 文章采用文献分析法、对比法以及理论联系实际的方法,首先借鉴国内外德育研究的成果,对比美国、日本两个国家的道德教育与我国高校德育的现状,揭示了我国高校德育存在的若干问题;其次,分析了我国高校德育与客观需求之间的关系,包括学生自身和谐发展需求、社会需求和学校发展需求三个方面;最后,借鉴国外多样化、立体化的教育方式等成功经验,阐述了今后我国高校德育以需求为导向,从强化学生的自我教育意识、保持德育的层次性与多样化、创新德育的内容与方法、关注校外环境的德育作用等方面改进我国高校德育策略。既保证了学生的主体性,又保持与时俱进,更充分发挥了学校和外界环境在德育中的重要作用,为我国社会主义现代化建设打下了坚实的基础,,也为学校的发展提供了实力保障。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the international competition is becoming more and more intense, and the cultivation of high-level talents has become the theme of competition in various countries. Colleges and universities, as the main base of talent training, also become the main position of the competition without smoke. Moral education in colleges and universities, as an important part of the cultivation of talents in higher education in our country, can better be based on reality, proceed from the students' own development, combine the needs of economic and social development with the needs of the development of schools, and enrich the diversity of moral education contents. Embodying the three-dimensional nature of moral education approach, strengthening the practicality of moral education process, enhancing the effectiveness of moral education strategy, directly related to the quality of training students, but also directly affect the development of schools, but also determine the degree of national advantage in the international competition. This article uses the literature analysis method, the contrast method and the theory unifies the practice method, first uses for reference the domestic and foreign moral education research achievement, contrasts the American, the Japanese two countries' moral education and our country university moral education present situation. It reveals some problems existing in moral education in colleges and universities in China. Secondly, it analyzes the relationship between moral education and objective needs of colleges and universities in China, including the harmonious development needs of students themselves, the social needs and the needs of school development. Finally, using the successful experiences of foreign countries for reference, this paper expounds that moral education in colleges and universities in our country should be demand-oriented, strengthen students' consciousness of self-education, and maintain the level and diversity of moral education. The contents and methods of moral education should be innovated, and the moral education strategy of colleges and universities should be improved by paying attention to the role of moral education outside the school environment. It not only guarantees the students' subjectivity, but also keeps pace with the times, gives full play to the important role of the school and the external environment in moral education, and lays a solid foundation for the socialist modernization construction of our country. It also provides the strength guarantee for the development of the school.
