The paper analyses and studies the problems in the current course construction to better promote the implementation and promotion of the general biology course, and then adopts the induction summary method and the comprehensive comparison method to practice and explore the course construction, and analyzes the contents of the course in detail. The reform of the teaching method, the implementation of the three-dimensional teaching material and the reform of the course evaluation method, the case analysis method and the summary induction method are used to collect the typical cases on the construction of the general biology course of the higher education institutions, and to explore it. The characteristics and characteristics of the course teaching network resource pool are constructed, including the design of the content of the website, the improvement of the content and the construction of the interactive system.
