后勤社会化背景下高校宿舍管理育人对策研究

【摘要】:高校宿舍是大学生最为重要的活动场所之一,也是高校学生管理工作的重要阵地。宿舍管理要以育人工作为宗旨,以培养人才为目标。当前,高校后勤社会化改革给宿舍管理带来一系列全新的挑战,社会化的宿舍管理体制与传统的宿舍管理体制存在较大差别,这种差别给传统的宿舍管理育人模式带来一定的冲击,宿舍管理育人工作出现了一系列的新情况、新问题,甚至出现了育人工作盲区。因此,后勤社会化背景下如何加强和改进高校学生宿舍的管理育人工作是思想政治教育理论研究和实践探索亟待解决的一个重要课题。 本文在总结、吸收和借鉴国内外有关宿舍管理育人的研究成果和基本理论的基础上,采用文献法、参与观察法、比较研究法和个体访谈等方法,对后勤社会化背景下的宿舍管理育人展开研究。论文指出后勤社会化背景下宿舍管理育人有其特殊的内涵,需要遵循以人为本和目的导向性等原则。在对后勤社会化背景下高校宿舍管理育人的现存模式及影响因素阐述的基础上,进一步分析了宿舍管理育人存在的一些问题及原因:一是职能部门职责不明导致宿舍管理育人出现真空地带;二是对高校宿舍管理育人整体重视不够导致育人效果不显著;三是辅导员进宿舍多流于形式导致育人作用发挥不足;四是宿舍文化建设缺乏扎实培育导致育人功能流于形式;五是学生自我管理作用发挥不畅直接影响育人的实际效果。提出要有针对性地采取措施,提高后勤社会化背景下高校宿舍育人功能的发挥,主要包括:不断创新物业管理和学生教育管理相结合的方式方法、切实完善学生宿舍管理的队伍建设和制度建设、多渠道推进学生思想政治教育进宿舍工作、用科学的育人理念引导学生参与宿舍自我管理等。 后勤社会化改革背景下,对高校宿舍管理育人策略在实践的基础上进行一定层面上的理论梳理和探索,对进一步创新高校宿舍管理育人模式具有可借鉴的理论价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:College dormitory is one of the most important activity places for college students, and it is also an important position in the management of college students. Dormitory management should work to educate people for the purpose, to cultivate talent as the goal. At present, the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities brings a series of new challenges to dormitory management. The socialized dormitory management system is quite different from the traditional dormitory management system. This kind of difference brings a certain impact to the traditional dormitory management education mode. There are a series of new situations, new problems and even blind areas in the dormitory management and education work. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the management and education of college students' dormitory under the background of logistics socialization is an important subject to be solved urgently in the theoretical research and practical exploration of ideological and political education. On the basis of summing up, absorbing and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research achievements and basic theories of dormitory management education, this paper adopts the methods of literature, participation observation, comparative research and individual interview, etc. Research on dormitory management and education under the background of logistics socialization. The paper points out that dormitory management has its special connotation under the background of logistics socialization, and it should follow the principles of people-oriented and purpose-oriented. On the basis of expounding the existing mode and influencing factors of college dormitory management and education under the background of logistics socialization, Further analysis of the dormitory management and education problems and reasons: first, the lack of responsibility of the functional departments led to the dormitory management education vacuum zone; Second, not enough attention to the management of college dormitory education results in the education effect is not significant; third, the counselors into the dormitory more than the form leading to the lack of educational function; fourth, lack of solid cultivation of dormitory culture leads to the form of education function; Fifth, the effect of students' self-management directly affects the actual effect of educating people. This paper puts forward some measures to improve the function of college dormitory education under the background of socialization of logistics, which mainly includes: continuously innovating the ways and methods of combining property management with student education management, It is necessary to improve the team construction and system construction of student dormitory management, promote students' ideological and political education into dormitory work through many channels, and guide students to participate in dormitory self-management with scientific education ideas. Under the background of socialized logistics reform, this paper makes theoretical combing and exploration on the basis of practice, which has theoretical value and practical significance for further innovating the mode of dormitory management education in colleges and universities.
