大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的建构研究

【摘要】:大学生先进典型教育是高校思想政治教育的重要方法之一。随着社会逐步走向国际化、信息化、网络化、市场化,各国文化之间互相交融,大学生的思想趋于多元化,主体意识也逐步增强,各种大学生先进典型教育质量问题一一凸显,他们对于大学生先进典型质量提升模式的要求也不断地提高。因此,如何从新的视角进行构建大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式,发挥大学生先进典型应有作用已成为当前高校教育研究的重要课题。 第一部分:论述了大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的内涵与构建的必要性。在此,通过对模式、大学生先进典型教育、大学生先进典型教育模式等相关定义的进行归纳分析的基础上对大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的定义进行了界定,并从时代的发展、大学生个人实现全面发展与完善大学生先进典型教育体系与增强大学生思想政治教育有效性的角度分析了构建大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的必要性。 第二部分:阐述大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的主要类型包括交往性与体验式大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式,各类型的含义、特点与内容以及这三种类型之间的内在关系。 第三部分:从大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的理念、方法、教师队伍建设三个方面阐释了运行大学生先进典型教育质量提升模式的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Advanced and typical education of college students is one of the important methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As the society moves towards internationalization, information, networking, marketization, intermingling of cultures of various countries, the ideology of college students tends to be diversified, and their subjective consciousness is gradually strengthened, the problems of the advanced and typical education quality of all kinds of college students are highlighted one by one. Their requirements for advanced and typical quality promotion models for college students are also constantly raised. Therefore, how to construct the model of improving the quality of advanced typical education of college students from a new perspective and give full play to the role of advanced typical education of college students has become an important subject in the current educational research in colleges and universities. The first part discusses the connotation and necessity of the advanced and typical education quality promotion mode of college students. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant definitions of the model and the advanced typical education model of college students, this paper defines the definition of the advanced and typical education quality promotion mode of college students. From the point of view of the development of the times, the comprehensive development and perfection of the advanced typical education system of college students and the enhancement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the mode of improving the quality of advanced typical education of college students. The second part: expound the main types of the advanced typical education quality promotion mode of college students, including the communicative and experiential model of the advanced typical education quality promotion of college students, the meaning of each type. Characteristics and content and the internal relationship between the three types. The third part: from the idea, the method, the teacher team construction three aspects of the university student advanced typical education quality promotion mode idea, the method has explained the basic thought which the university student advanced typical education quality promotion pattern has carried on the university student advanced typical education quality promotion pattern.
