中美公立大学新增学位点授权审核比较研究——基于清华大学和加州大学伯克利分校的案例分析

【摘要】：严格的学位授权审核对提高人才培养水平、保证学位授予质量具有十分重要的作用。笔者选择清华大学和加州大学伯克利分校作为案例,对中美新增学位点授权审核机制进行了比较,从美国大学新学位项目设立审核程序中得到了一些启示,希望能为国内学位授权审核制度改革及高校做好自审增列学位授权点工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:Strict degree authorization audit plays an important role in improving the level of talent training and ensuring the quality of degree award. The author chooses Tsinghua University and the University of California Berkeley as a case study to compare the authorization audit mechanism between China and the United States of America for the establishment of new degree programs, and gets some enlightenment from the process of auditing the establishment of new degree programs in American universities. It is hoped that it can provide reference for the reform of domestic degree authorization system and the work of self-examination and listing of degree authorization in colleges and universities.
