全日制女硕士研究生的角色定位分析研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着高校研究生的扩招,我国女研究生的数量也迅速增长,甚至部分高校女研究生的数量已经超过男生。这部分迅速成长的高知女性群体已经引起国内外学者的广泛关注。然而,既有的研究多基于女研究生弱势群体的假设上进行研究,根据女研究生面临的困境结果以旁观者的角度提出理想的对策建议,从女硕士研究生自身角度来解析其角色定位的研究较少。笔者对女研究生自身的角色定位和社会角色期待进行对比研究,分析和探讨女研究生对社会赋予他们角色定位的理解和演化,从而为女研究生进行合理恰当的角色定位提供参考。 本文采取问卷调查法和访谈法,在综述有关文献的研究基础上,选取山西省四所重点高校的女研究生作为研究对象,设计发放问卷进行关于角色定位的调查,同时结合具有典型意义的访谈个案,利用问卷所得到的广度数据和访谈所获的深度数据,来描述这个女性群体角色定位的现状。同时对社会群体进行问卷调查和深度访谈,以了解社会对女硕士研究生的角色期待,从而找出二者的差距和契合点,以更好的帮助女硕士研究生理清角色冲突和困惑,重新角色定位以适应社会需求。文中指出女硕士研究生自身角色定位的主要特点是:1.学术学历错位的教育观,对学术的低要求和学历的高追求,倾向于把研究生角色作为一种过渡性而非发展性角色;2.有目标而无计划的择业观;3.期望理想状态的婚姻观。同时指出社会对女硕士研究生群体的角色期待是:1.对女硕士研究生学历能力一致的高期待;2.特殊的婚恋群体;3.性别歧视产生“供求矛盾”。本文尝试提出个人——社会的角色定位偏差这一概念,来解释女研究生自身角色定位和社会其角色期待之间的差距,同时分析了女研究生角色定位的影响因索,主要包括家庭、学校、社会等外部环境因素和女研究生自身因素,发现女研究生角色存在的问题,如:角色不清、角色模糊、角色冲突等,进而提出女研究生角色定位的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of graduate enrollment, the number of female graduate students in China has also increased rapidly, and even the number of female graduate students in some colleges and universities has exceeded that of male students. This part of the rapidly growing group of highly educated women has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad. However, most of the existing studies are based on the hypothesis of the vulnerable group of female graduate students. According to the plight of female graduate students, the author puts forward the ideal countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of bystanders. There is little research on the role orientation of female graduate students from their own point of view. The author makes a comparative study on the role orientation and social role expectation of female graduate students, and analyzes and discusses the understanding and evolution of female graduate students' role orientation entrusted to them by society. So as to provide the reference for the female graduate student to carry on the reasonable and appropriate role localization. Based on the literature review and questionnaire survey and interview, this paper selects female graduate students from four key universities in Shanxi Province as the research objects, and designs a questionnaire to investigate the role orientation. At the same time, combining with the typical interview cases, using the breadth data and the depth data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper describes the status quo of the role positioning of this female group. At the same time, a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted to understand the social expectation of the role of female graduate students, so as to find out the gap and convergence between the two, so as to better help the female graduate students to clear up the conflict and confusion of their roles. Reorient the role to meet the needs of society. This paper points out that the main characteristics of female postgraduates' role orientation are as follows: 1. The misalignment of academic qualifications in education, the low academic requirements and the high pursuit of academic qualifications, tend to take the role of graduate students as a transitional rather than developmental role; 2. A purposeful but unplanned view of employment; 3. A view of marriage that expects an ideal state. At the same time, it points out that the social expectation of the role of female graduate students is as follows: 1. High expectation of female graduate students'academic qualifications; 2. A special marriage group; 3. Gender discrimination gives rise to a contradiction between supply and demand. This paper tries to put forward the concept of individual-social role orientation bias to explain the gap between the role orientation of female graduate students and the social role expectation, and at the same time analyzes the influence of the role orientation of female graduate students, mainly including families, on the role orientation of women graduate students. School, society and other external environmental factors and female graduate students' own factors, find out the problems of female graduate students' role, such as: unclear role, role ambiguity, role conflict and so on, and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the positioning of female graduate students' role.
