辅导员学习共同体建设研究

【摘要】:随着社会思想、文化的多元化发展,高校学生工作面临着新挑战和新问题,如何帮助大学生正确处理学业问题、就业问题、心理问题,帮助大学生成长、成才,成为新时期辅导员工作的新要求。 首先,当前高校辅导员队伍的专业化建设程度不高,双层管理体制、专业对口人才少、学科团队建设力量薄弱等因素制约着辅导员工作主动性和能动性的发挥,建设学习共同体成为实现辅导员专业化发展的必然要求,有助于在知识层面和情感层面实现辅导员个体和团队的专业化发展。 其次,本文借鉴学习共同体理论,通过深入分析共同体、学习共同体、辅导员学习共同体的基本特征和理论内涵,在吸收借鉴建构主义理论、群体动力理论和合作学习理论的基础上提出共同愿景、合作文化、自我超越、心智模式和对话学习是辅导员学习共同体的基本要素,并在一定层面上分析了辅导员学习共同体的理论模式。 再次,从情境创设、文化培育、学科建设和赋予权利四个角度提出构建辅导员学习共同体的基本思路。随后在理论研究的基础上提出:情境创设有利于树立辅导员学习共同体民主和谐氛围,合作文化有利于营造辅导员学习共同体对话协商氛围,加强思想政治教育学科建设有利于提升辅导员学习共同体学术科研实力,赋予辅导员个人专业发展的权利有利于打造一支高水平的辅导员队伍。
[Abstract]:With the diversified development of social ideology and culture, college student work is facing new challenges and problems. How to help college students deal with academic problems, employment problems, psychological problems, help students grow up and become talented, Become the new requirements of the work of counselors in the new era. First of all, the professional construction of college counselors is not high, the double-level management system, the small number of professional counterparts, the weak strength of discipline team construction and other factors restrict the active and active role of counselors. The construction of learning community is an inevitable requirement to realize the professional development of counselors, which is helpful to realize the professional development of individual and team counselors at the level of knowledge and emotion. Secondly, this article draws lessons from the theory of learning community, through in-depth analysis of the community, learning community, counselors learning community basic characteristics and theoretical connotation, in the absorption of constructivism theory, On the basis of group dynamic theory and cooperative learning theory, this paper puts forward a common vision. Cooperative culture, self-transcendence, mental model and dialogue learning are the basic elements of learning community for counselors. And on a certain level, the theoretical model of the learning community of counselors is analyzed. Thirdly, from four angles of situation creation, culture cultivation, discipline construction and empowerment, this paper puts forward the basic ideas of constructing the learning community of counselors. Then on the basis of theoretical research, the author puts forward that the creation of situation is conducive to the establishment of democratic and harmonious atmosphere for counselors to learn from the community, and the cooperative culture is conducive to creating the atmosphere of dialogue and consultation for counselors in learning communities. Strengthening the discipline construction of ideological and political education is helpful to promote the academic and scientific research strength of the counselors' learning community, and to give the counselors the right to develop their profession is conducive to building a high level of counselors' team.
