高师院校生物专业本科生入职准备阶段的知识与能力水平调查研究

【摘要】:未来国家的发展将决定于以人才为核心的国家综合竞争力。这就需要国家提高教育质量,培养出符合时代标准的新型人才。作为我国培养高素质人才的主要基地,高师院校将面临更多的机遇和挑战。高师院校需要更新教育理念,加速教育改革进程,通过全面提升学生的专业知识和能力水平,来培养出更多更好的优秀教育人才,,在新课程改革的背景下,进一步推动我国基础教育事业蓬勃健康的发展,从而为社会培养出越来越多的合格人才,为社会主义建设做出更大的贡献。 本文通过文献研究,归纳出教师的知识水平包括人文知识、教育学知识、专业知识三个方面;教师的能力水平包括基本能力、教学能力、科研创新能力三个方面。在此基础上对高师院校生物专业本科生入职准备阶段的知识与能力水平进行研究。 本文主要采用的是问卷调查法和访谈法,以两所国家重点师范大学生物专业的大学四年级学生为调查对象,从上述六个方面对其知识与能力水平展开调查。通过对调查结果的分析和总结,发现问题与不足,并对高师院校生物专业的课程设置和学生自身的职业发展提出有针对性的改进建议,以期为推进高师院校生物专业课程改革、提高生物教师培养质量提供助力。 通过研究,本文得出如下结论:(一)高师院校生物专业本科生入职准备阶段的的从教意愿并不强烈,但就业意向比较明确;学生的价值取向整体积极向上。(二)知识水平方面:人文知识水平较高;教育学知识水平一般,缺乏主动学习知识的意识;专业知识水平较好,但对初高中生物课程的知识掌握有限。(三)能力水平方面:普通话、英语、计算机等基本能力处于较高水平;教学能力处于中等水平,运用现代科技手段辅助教学的能力较差,普遍缺少教学实践经历;科研创新能力处于较高水平。(四)知识与能力水平在性别和专业上存在一定差异。 基于以上结论,本文提出以下建议:(一)高师院校需要调整生物专业培养目标;更新生物专业课程设计体系;强化教育实践。(二)高师院校生物专业本科生需要坚定从教信念;加强对生物学科基础教育的认识;培养教师自我专业发展的理念。
[Abstract]:The development of the country in the future will depend on the comprehensive competitiveness of the country with talent as the core. This requires the country to improve the quality of education, to cultivate new talent in line with the standards of the times. As the main base of cultivating high-quality talents in our country, normal universities will face more opportunities and challenges. Teachers colleges and universities need to renew their educational concepts, speed up the process of educational reform, and train more and better outstanding educational talents by comprehensively improving the students' professional knowledge and ability, in the context of the new curriculum reform, To further promote the vigorous and healthy development of the cause of basic education in China, so as to cultivate more and more qualified personnel for the society, and make greater contributions to the socialist construction. Through literature research, this paper concludes that teachers' knowledge level includes humanities knowledge, pedagogy knowledge and professional knowledge, and teachers' ability level includes three aspects: basic ability, teaching ability and scientific research innovation ability. On this basis, the knowledge and ability of biology undergraduates in normal universities are studied. This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, taking the senior students of biology major in two national key normal universities as the objects of investigation, and carries out an investigation on their knowledge and ability level from the above six aspects. Through the analysis and summary of the investigation results, the author finds out the problems and shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the curriculum design of biology major and the professional development of students in normal colleges, in order to promote the curriculum reform of biology major in normal colleges and universities. Improve the quality of biology teachers to provide assistance. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) the intention of teaching is not strong, but the intention of employment is relatively clear, and the value orientation of students is positive as a whole. (2) knowledge level: the level of humanistic knowledge is high; the level of pedagogy knowledge is general, and the consciousness of active learning knowledge is lacking; the level of professional knowledge is better, but the knowledge of biology course in middle and high school is limited. (3) ability level: the basic abilities such as Putonghua, English and computer are at a high level, teaching ability is at a medium level, the ability to assist teaching by means of modern science and technology is poor, and there is a general lack of teaching practice experience. The ability of scientific research and innovation is at a high level. (4) the level of knowledge and ability is different in gender and specialty. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: (1) normal universities need to adjust the training objectives of biology major, renew the curriculum design system of biology specialty, and strengthen educational practice. (2) the undergraduates of biology major in normal universities should strengthen their belief in teaching, strengthen their understanding of basic education of biology, and cultivate the idea of teachers' self-professional development.
