基于结构方程的高等教育质量影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育的不断扩招、教育规模的不断扩大以及高等教育大众化进程的推进,高等教育质量问题成为人们越来越关心的问题之一,各种问题也逐渐凸显出来,有关高等教育质量下降的呼声越来越高,许多人对高等教育的质量水平提出了质疑,在这样的背景下,如何保证高等教育质量不断提升而非下降,弄清影响高等教育质量的主要因素以及它们的影响程度成为了首要任务。 高等教育质量是学术界的永恒课题之一,许多学者对其进行过深入的研究,对其影响因素的研究也不在少数,不过大多研究属于定性研究,采用实证的研究方法对其研究的并不多见,尤其是将结构方程模型运用于高等教育质量影响因素的研究更是少之又少,因此,本文采用实证的研究方法将结构方程模型引入研究中,建立有关高等教育质量影响因素的结构方程,同时运用SPSS17.0、 LISREL8.70等科学软件对数据进行科学分析,以期得出较为科学的研究结论,具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文在大量的文献选取阅读及分析的基本上,提出了本文的研究目的、意义以及内容和方法,紧接着对本文所运用到的相关理论进行了简单回顾,如高等教育质量理论、系统论等,并对高等教育影响因素的相关研究做出了简要总结与分析;第三章对本文所采用的数据进行科学的信度和效度分析,以保证数据的准确性和可靠性,提出了高等教育质量的相关影响因素,如教师队伍、学生质量、学校管理水平、外界监控等,初步构建了高等教育质量影响因素结构方程的理论模型,并提出了相关的7个假设;第四章对构建的结构方程模型进行实证分析得出相关结论。本文运用多种数学分析方法,分别用SPSS17.0软件进行探索性因子分析以及用LISREL8.70软件进行验证性因子分析检验问卷的信度和效度。根据分析结果,提出以确保我国高等教育质量的相关策略及建议。文章的最后一部分是总结和展望,给出本文的结论,并结合本文的研究缺陷为后续研究提供方向。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of higher education, the continuous expansion of educational scale and the promotion of the popularization of higher education, the quality of higher education has become one of the more and more concerned issues, and all kinds of problems have gradually become prominent. There is a growing demand for a decline in the quality of higher education, and many people have questioned the quality of higher education. In this context, how to ensure that the quality of higher education continues to improve rather than decline, Understanding the main factors affecting the quality of higher education and their degree of influence has become the primary task. The quality of higher education is one of the eternal topics in academic circles. Many scholars have carried out in-depth research on it, and there are not a few studies on its influencing factors, but most of the studies belong to qualitative research. The empirical research method is seldom used, especially the structural equation model is used in the research of the factors affecting the quality of higher education, so it is very rare to use the structural equation model in the study of the factors affecting the quality of higher education. In this paper, the structural equation model is introduced into the research by the empirical research method, and the structural equation of the influencing factors of the quality of higher education is established. At the same time, the scientific software such as SPSS17.0, LISREL8.70 is used to carry on the scientific analysis to the data. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to draw scientific conclusions. Based on the reading and analysis of a large number of documents, this paper puts forward the purpose, significance, contents and methods of this paper, and then briefly reviews the relevant theories used in this paper, such as the theory of higher education quality. System theory and so on, and has made the brief summary and the analysis to the higher education influence factor correlation research; The third chapter analyzes the reliability and validity of the data used in this paper, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data, put forward the related factors of the quality of higher education, such as teachers, student quality, school management level. On the basis of external monitoring, a theoretical model of the structural equation of the factors affecting the quality of higher education is established, and seven hypotheses are put forward. Chapter 4 makes empirical analysis on the structural equation model and draws some conclusions. In this paper, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested by using the SPSS17.0 software and the LISREL8.70 software respectively by using a variety of mathematical analysis methods to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. According to the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward some relevant strategies and suggestions to ensure the quality of higher education in China. The last part of the article is a summary and prospect, gives the conclusion of this paper, and combined with the shortcomings of this paper to provide a direction for future research.
