我国大学生领导力现状及教育建议

【摘要】:现代领导理论认为,领导力并不是正式组织中领导者所专有的能力,,而是关乎到每位社会人的事情。大学生领导力培养的目的在于提高大学生的领导能力。领导能力的培养对于大学生来说是重要的,并具有很大程度的必要性。国内外有学者运用了定性与定量的研究方法,论证了大学生是具有领导力潜质的。论文借鉴了中国科学院“科技领导力研究”课题组,在2006年对领导力所做研究的主要结论,对相关问题进行论述。论文充分参阅了领导力的相关文献,并选取长沙地区的五所高校(湖南大学、湖南师范大学、长沙理工大学、湖南商学院、湖南财政经济学院),进行了大学生领导力问卷调查与大学生领导力访谈。对相关资料进行综合分析与论证的基础上,总结出我国大学生领导力的基本现状,以及大学生领导力水平与影响因素之间的关系。我国大学生领导力处于中上等水平;大学生领导力水平与大学生的年级、年龄呈正相关关系;文科类大学生的领导力水平要高于理工科大学生的领导力水平;城镇大学生的领导力水平要高于农村大学生的领导力水平;班级成绩排名靠前的大学生的领导力水平一般会高于班级成绩排名靠后的大学生的领导力水平;学生干部的领导力水平要高于非学生干部的领导力水平。根据大学领导力存在的主要问题(大学生领导力相关理论知识匮乏;大学生领导意识不强烈;激励与沟通能力欠佳、领导特质欠佳;领导过程缺乏科学性与艺术性),文章提出了具有一定创新性、针对性与可行性的教育建议,即设置大学生领导力培养机构,选拔专业指导老师;将领导力课程纳入高校课程体系,全面教育与重点培养相结合;优化家庭教育,促进个体全面发展及净化社会风气;注重校际、校企合作,在实践中提升大学生领导力。
[Abstract]:Modern leadership theory holds that leadership is not the exclusive ability of leaders in a formal organization, but a matter for everyone in society. The purpose of the leadership cultivation of college students is to improve their leadership ability. The cultivation of leadership is important for college students and is necessary to a great extent. Some scholars at home and abroad have used qualitative and quantitative research methods to demonstrate that college students have leadership potential. This paper draws lessons from the research group of Science and Technology leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and discusses the related problems in 2006. The thesis has fully consulted the relevant literature on leadership, and selected five universities in Changsha (Hunan University, Hunan normal University, Changsha University of Technology, Hunan Business School, Hunan Institute of Finance and Economics). A questionnaire survey of college students' leadership and interviews with college students' leadership were conducted. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and argumentation of relevant materials, this paper sums up the basic status quo of college students' leadership in China, and the relationship between the level of college students' leadership and the influencing factors. There is a positive correlation between the leadership level of college students and the grade and age of college students, and the leadership level of liberal arts students is higher than that of science and engineering students. The leadership level of urban college students is higher than that of rural college students, the leadership level of the students with the highest class achievement rank is generally higher than that of the lower class students. The leadership level of student cadres is higher than that of non-student cadres. According to the main problems of university leadership (lack of relevant theoretical knowledge of leadership of college students, the leadership awareness of college students is not strong, motivation and communication ability is poor, leadership characteristics are poor; The paper puts forward some innovative, targeted and feasible educational suggestions, that is, setting up leadership training institutions for college students and selecting professional guidance teachers. The course of leadership is integrated into the curriculum system of colleges and universities, the comprehensive education is combined with the key training; the family education is optimized to promote the overall development of the individual and purify the social atmosphere; the cooperation between schools and enterprises is paid attention to, and the college students' leadership is promoted in practice.
