体育拓展教育在体育院校思想政治教育中的实践研究

【摘要】：2004年中共中央、国务院下发的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》指出：大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源，是民族的希望，是祖国的未来。目前，我国在校大学生包括专科生、本科生和研究生约有2000万。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，提高他们的思想政治素质，把他们培养成中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，对于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略，确保我国在激烈的国际竞争中始终立于不败之地，确保实现全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的宏伟目标，确保中国特色社会主义事业兴旺发达、后继有人，具有重大而深远的战略意义。对我国高等体育院校大学生思想政治工作的创新性研究，不仅能够丰富思想政治教育学的内容、方法和途径，促进思想政治教育功能方面的发挥，还能增强思想政治教育的创新性、针对性和有效性，从而促进高等体育院校大学生的全面发展，为社会培养更多的体育人才及体育教育工作者。由于多种因素的影响，当前我国高等院校尤其是高等体育院校的思想政治教育工作面临着严峻的挑战。思想教育体制不够完善，思想政治教育方法方式单一，教育效果低下以及体育院校大学生的专业人格特点等一系列问题都严重影响了我国高等体育院校思想政治教育工作的实效性。首先，体育院校的许多教学方式都是以互动、参与、实践的形式进行的，学生在长期的教学实践中形成了主动参与、乐于体验的自觉性，教师大多也都形成了师生互动的教学手段和机制，体育拓展教育在体育院校思想政治教育中的运用具有一定的基础性条件。其次，体育院校学生在长期的专业训练与实践中所形成的个性特征及行为习惯，决定了他们自身对体育拓展教育的教学方式、方法及理念具有很强的接受能力和易接受性，这使得以体育拓展教育教学为主的思想政治教育能够在他们身上起到良好的教育和教学效果，具有很深的针对性和实效性。再次，体育拓展教育教学可以广泛地运用到高校思想政治教育中。为了避免对体育拓展教育教学的研究出现空泛和笼统的问题，，本论文结合作者在体育院校从事思想政治教育的实际工作，根据多年来对于体育院校思想政治教育问题的研究基础，选择体育院校的思想政治教育作为体育拓展教育教学的研究主题，使对于体育拓展教育教学的研究更加具体化，对于体育拓展教育教学的实践更加具有可操作性。因此，将体育拓展教育在高等体育院校思想政治教育中进行实践研究，对于解决传统思想政治教育中的一系列问题、提高高等体育院校思想政治教育水平具有十分显著地现实意义。全文共分四个部分第一部分，阐释和界定了体育拓展教育的内涵。其中着重分析了体育的价值功能和我国体育教育的发展历程以及拓展训练的开展状况，并概括了体育拓展教育的目的和特点。第二部分，详细论述了体育拓展教育的理论依据和在实际教育工作中的实践效益。主要包括：马克思主义的实践理论，人格的发展理论，现代心理学的相关理论和成果，积极心理学理论，以及现代教学论。这为体育拓展教育在思想政治教育中的研究提供了丰富的理论依据作为基础。其中对自身的分析和对实际案例的研究又为体育拓展教育提供了实践基础。第三部分，对体育拓展教育在高等体育院校思想政治教育工作中存在的问题进行了深入的探讨。认真总结和分析了体育拓展教育在实际发展和完善中所面临的实际问题和影响其在思想政治教育中运用的主要因素，为其在之后的研究工作，提供了有利的前提。第四部分，对体育拓展教育在体育院校的思想政治教育工作进行了实践研究。对其在思想政治教育中所具有的主要内容，所应遵循的原则，开展的模式和方法，进行了细致而全面的总结，并为体育拓展教育在今后高校中的发展提出了良好的策略。
