沈阳高校教师激励的现状与对策研究

【摘要】:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中明确指出:“提高教师地位,维护教师权益,改善教师待遇,使教师成为受人尊重的职业”。因此,完善我国高校教师激励机制,最大程度地挖掘教师的潜能,提高教师工作的积极性和创造性,以提升高校竞争力和办学效益,已成为发展教育事业、提高教育质量的重要课题之一。本研究以沈阳地区部分高校教师为研究对象,分析高校教师激励中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。 文章共分为五章。第一章是绪论部分,包括文章的背景和选题目的、意义以及国内外研究的综述等。第二章是高校教师激励研究的理论基础,包括核心概念的界定和主要运用的激励理论。第三章是对沈阳高校教师激励现状的调查,对沈阳高校教师进行调查并对调查结果进行分析,提出存在的问题。第四章为沈阳高校教师激励的对策研究,提出了解决的总体思路、原则和解决的方法。第五章是结论部分,对文章进行总结和展望。 文章采用了文献研究法和问卷调查法,根据对沈阳高校教师的调查,总结出了沈阳高校教师激励中存在的主要问题,同时根据沈阳教师的特点和沈阳高校激励机制的运行状况有针对性地提出了关于沈阳高校教师激励的建议和对策,在这方面具有创新性。本文对提高办学质量和效率、提高教师工作的满意度、激发教师工作的积极性、主动性和创造性以及促进了解沈阳高校教师激励现状、科学制定高校教师激励政策、高校采取合理的教师激励措施等方面具有重要的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:In the outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), it is clearly pointed out: "to improve the status of teachers, safeguard the rights and interests of teachers, improve the treatment of teachers, and make teachers become respected occupations". Therefore, it has become an educational undertaking to perfect the incentive mechanism of college teachers in China, to tap the potential of teachers to the maximum extent, to improve the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers' work, and to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of running schools in colleges and universities. One of the important topics to improve the quality of education. This research takes some university teachers in Shenyang area as the research object, analyzes the problems existing in the college teachers' motivation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the background, the purpose of the topic, the significance and the domestic and foreign research review and so on. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of college teacher motivation research, including the definition of the core concept and the main use of incentive theory. The third chapter is to investigate the current situation of teachers' motivation in Shenyang colleges and universities, to investigate and analyze the results of the investigation, and to put forward the existing problems. The fourth chapter is the countermeasure research of Shenyang university teacher's motivation, put forward the general train of thought, the principle and the solution method. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, carries on the summary and the prospect to the article. Based on the investigation of teachers in Shenyang colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the motivation of teachers in Shenyang colleges and universities, using the methods of literature research and questionnaire investigation. At the same time, according to the characteristics of Shenyang teachers and the operation of the incentive mechanism in Shenyang colleges and universities, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the incentive mechanism of Shenyang colleges and universities, which is innovative in this respect. To improve the quality and efficiency of school-running, to improve the satisfaction of teachers' work, to stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of teachers' work, and to promote the understanding of the current situation of teachers' motivation in Shenyang universities and colleges, and to formulate scientific incentive policies for college teachers. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to adopt reasonable incentive measures for teachers in colleges and universities.
