企业管理思想在高校思想政治教育中的应用研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育是我国高校教育中德育教育的重要组成部分，在培养社会主义建设者与接班人中起着至关重要的作用。随着形势的不断变化和发展，，科学技术和理论也在不断创新，高校思想政治教育也应随之进一步发展和完善。传统的思想政治教育中存在着内容形式化、刻板化以及缺乏实效性等问题。在新的形势下，提高高校思想政治教育的针对性与实效性是高校思想政治教育的重要内容。自上个世纪八十年代以来，企业中的管理思想取得了进一步的发展，其中一些重要的思想不仅对企业的发展有着至关重要的作用，而且其内在的科学性、完善的理论性以及特有的实践性，对创新高校思想政治教育体系也有着非常重要的指导意义和实践价值。将现代企业管理思想引进到高校思想政治教育工作中来，是符合现代教育发展趋势的，通过这种方式可以加快我国高校思想政治教育现代化的步伐。本文通过对高校思想政治教育中存在的问题进行分析，从而指出高校引进企业管理思想的必要性和可行性，引入的企业管理思想包括：泰勒管理思想、激励理论以及全面质量管理理论。主要论述了如何运用企业中的这些管理思想解决高校思想政治教育中存在的问题，提高高校思想政治教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is an important part of moral education in colleges and universities in China, and plays an important role in training socialist builders and successors. With the continuous change and development of the situation, science, technology and theory are also constantly innovating, and ideological and political education in colleges and universities should also be further developed and perfected. There are some problems in traditional ideological and political education, such as formalization, stereotyping and lack of effectiveness. Under the new situation, improving the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Since the eighties of the last century, the management thought in the enterprise has made further development, some of the important ideas not only play a vital role in the development of the enterprise, but also its inherent scientific nature. Perfect theory and special practice also have very important guiding significance and practical value to innovate the ideological and political education system in colleges and universities. The introduction of modern enterprise management into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is in line with the trend of the development of modern education. By this way, the pace of modernization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China can be accelerated. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper points out the necessity and feasibility of introducing enterprise management thoughts in colleges and universities. Incentive theory and total quality management theory. This paper mainly discusses how to use these management thoughts in enterprises to solve the problems existing in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
