当前湖南省高校班级建设研究

【摘要】：班级教学是现代最具代表性的一种教育形态，对强化大学生日常行为养成、提高大学生思想道德素质具有重要意义。随着我国经济的不断发展，高校改革不断深入，学分制的推行，后勤管理的社会化，思想观念的多元化，信息网络时代的普及化和招生就业政策的改变，都给当前高校班级建设提出了新的挑战。当前，班级成员个体价值取向越来越强，班级成员交流日益减少，成员个性进一步突出，班级管理难度进一步增大。加强班级建设，有助于引导大学生树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观，坚定大学生的理想信念，形成健康向上的班级氛围、构建和谐人际关系，从而促进大学生全面发展。调查结果显示，尽管湖南高校班级建设成效明显，但仍然可观存在班级活动实际效果不大、班干部作用不突出、班级凝聚力有待增强等不足，其原因既有高校推行学分制对学生考核评价手段的单一和忽视过程重视结果等制度成因，也有高校对大学生的日常管理与学生父母对子女的家庭教育相脱节等社会因素。针对上述成因，强化高校班级建设，第一，要通过提高思想认识，加强班干部建设、完善规章制度等手段狠抓班风、学风建设；第二，，要充分发挥大学生的主体作用，坚持不断创新，让班级活动多样化，协调整体与个体的关系，进一步完善班级活动机制；第三，要重视班干部的选拔和培养，实行班干部轮换制，强化班干部的竞争和责任意识，进一步发挥班干部在班级建设中的核心作用；第四、要形成班级共同奋斗的核心价值取向，建立强有力的班级领导力量，增强班级凝聚力；第五，要注重对高校班主任的再深造，完善考核激励机制，切实加强高校班主任队伍建设。
[Abstract]:Class teaching is one of the most representative forms of education in modern times. It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of college students' daily behavior and to improve their ideological and moral qualities. With the continuous development of China's economy, the reform of colleges and universities continues to deepen, the implementation of the credit system, the socialization of logistics management, the diversification of ideas, the popularization of the information network era and the change of recruitment and employment policies. All of them present a new challenge to the class construction in colleges and universities. At present, the individual value orientation of class members is stronger and stronger, the communication of class members is decreasing day by day, the individual character of class members is further prominent, and the difficulty of class management is further increased. Strengthening class construction is helpful to guide college students to set up scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values, strengthen college students' ideal and belief, form healthy and upward class atmosphere, and construct harmonious interpersonal relationship, so as to promote the all-round development of college students. The results of the investigation show that despite the obvious effect of class construction in colleges and universities in Hunan, there are still considerable deficiencies such as the actual effect of class activities is not great, the role of class cadres is not prominent, and the cohesion of classes needs to be strengthened, etc. The reasons are not only the single credit system for students' assessment and the neglect of the results, but also the social factors, such as the disconnection between the daily management of college students and the family education of their parents to their children. In view of the above-mentioned causes, we should strengthen the class construction in colleges and universities. Firstly, we should pay attention to the class style and study style by means of improving the ideological understanding, strengthening the construction of class cadres, perfecting the rules and regulations, and so on. Second, we should give full play to the main role of college students, persist in continuous innovation, make class activities diversified, coordinate the relationship between the whole and the individual, and further improve the class activity mechanism; Third, we should attach importance to the selection and training of class cadres, carry out the system of class cadres replacement, strengthen the sense of competition and responsibility of class cadres, and further give full play to the core role of class cadres in class construction; Fourth, it is necessary to form the core value orientation of the common struggle of the class, to establish a strong class leadership, to enhance the cohesion of the class; Fifthly, we should pay more attention to the further study of the head teachers in colleges and universities, perfect the examination and incentive mechanism, and strengthen the construction of the class teachers in colleges and universities.
