高校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性研究

【摘要】：高校辅导员思想政治教育工作是我国大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。高校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性是检验大学生思想政治教育工作成功与否的重要指标。笔者在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,结合自身两年辅导员工作经历和实际调查所掌握的一手资料,对增强高校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性这一课题做了深入细致的研究,目的是通过这一问题的研究对以后更好地开展此项工作有所启示。 本文分五个部分。第一章就课题的研究背景及意义、国内外研究动态、研究思路与方法做简要论述；第二章对高校辅导员思想政治教育工作及其实效性的含义、内容、指导思想以及增强此工作实效性的意义进行概述；第三章在总结分析调查资料的基础上对工作中存在的问题及问题产生的原因进行阐述；第四章是本文的重点,针对工作中的问题以及问题产生的原因,分别从落实指导思想、充实工作内容、改进工作方法、加强工作队伍建设、创设良好工作环境五个方面提出增强高校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性的具体措施；第五章对前文的研究内容进行总结,并对高校辅导员思想政治教育工作进行展望。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college counselors is an important part of college students' ideological and political education. The effectiveness of college counselors' ideological and political education is an important index to test the success of college students' ideological and political education. On the basis of using the existing research results for reference, combining with the two years' work experience of counselors and the first-hand data obtained from the actual investigation, the author has done a thorough and meticulous study on the issue of enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work of college counselors. The purpose of this study is to better carry out this work in the future. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter briefly discusses the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research trends, research ideas and methods. The second chapter summarizes the meaning, content, guiding ideology and the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college counselors. In the third chapter, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the investigation data, the author expounds the problems existing in the work and the causes of the problems. The fourth chapter is the focus of this article, aimed at the problems in the work and the causes of the problems, from the implementation of the guiding ideology, enrich the work content, improve the working methods, strengthen the construction of the workforce, Five aspects of creating a good working environment put forward concrete measures to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college counselors; The fifth chapter summarizes the research contents and looks forward to the ideological and political education of college counselors.
