同质化背景下非普教高等教育区域整合模型设计

【摘要】:目前,我国高等教育不断深入发展并向大众化阶段迈进,如何更好地整合现有非普教高等教育资源,形成统一的、涵盖各类教育优点的、开放性的全新教育模式,将是当前我国高等教育所面临的大事要事。鉴于目前各类非普教高等教育办学之乱象,本文通过比较研究的方法,将各类非普教高等教育进行深入剖析,将国内非普教高等教育与国外开放大学的成功实践进行横向对比,提出了区域整合模型设计。借用高等开放教育这一全新的非普教形式,来发扬我国各类教育长期积累起来的办学长处,摒弃由于相互竞争而出现的分块割据、重复建设与办学失范等消极面。为此,本文主要研究工作如下: (1)回顾了我国非普教高等教育出现的历史背景与发展历程。并以温州为例,通过相关数据举证,对当前非普教高等教育的现状进行了深入分析,着重阐明了各类教育形式同质化的趋势与原因,以及同质化趋势所带来的消极影响。 (2)比较分析了英国开放大学的成功实践。通过对英国开放大学的办学理念、质量管控等进行学习与借鉴,将其内化为我国非普教高等教育的办学探索行为,并以之为正确指导方向。 (3)探索性的提出了非普教高等教育区域整合模型,即“一种学历模式、两个管控关口、三类课程体系、四大配套措施、五段实施过程”,形成了一个比较完整的高等教育新模式。 (4)以高等开放教育课程体系为例对区域整合模型进行了应用与验证。
[Abstract]:At present, the higher education in our country is developing and moving towards the popularization stage, how to better integrate the existing non-universal higher education resources, to form a unified and open new education mode covering all kinds of educational advantages, It will be a major event for higher education in our country. In view of the current situation of non-universal higher education, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the higher education of all kinds of non-general education through comparative study, and compares the successful practice of the higher education of non-general education with the open university in foreign countries, and puts forward the design of regional integration model. The new non-general education form of the high open education is used to carry forward the long-term accumulation of the school-running advantages in our country, and to abandon the negative aspects such as the blocking, repetition of construction and the anomie of running school due to the competition. For this reason, the main work of this paper is as follows: (1) The historical background and the development of the higher education in non-general education in China are reviewed. Taking Wenzhou as an example, the present situation of non-universal higher education is analyzed in detail, and the trend and reason of the homogenization of all kinds of educational forms, as well as the negative shadow brought by the homogenization trend, are put forward. in response to (2), that comparison and analysis of the development of the open university in the United kingdom The practice of work is to study and learn from the concept, quality control and so on of the open university in the UK, to translate it into the exploration of the non-ordinary higher education in our country, and to refer to it as the right one. In this paper, the non-universal higher education regional integration model, that is, the "one education mode, two control points, three types of curriculum system, four supporting measures and five implementation processes", is put forward in the paper. A new model of education in the area of higher open education course system as an example
