大学生思想政治教育接受状况分析及对策研究

【摘要】:当前,随着时代的迅猛发展及其在社会生活各方面所引发的重大变革,大学生思想政治教育的实效性有待进一步提高,而思想政治教育实效性关键取决于大学生的接受状况。因此,对大学生的思想政治教育接受状况进行分析研究并针对其中存在的问题提出相应的对策就尤为重要。 全文分为四个部分: 第一部分对大学生思想政治教育接受的内涵进行分析。从思想政治教育接受的含义出发,依据大学生思想政治教育的目标归纳得出大学生思想政治教育接受的具体含义,即系统掌握马克思主义相关理论知识、树立马克思主义与社会主义理想信念和践行马克思主义相关理论和要求。 第二部分对大学生思想政治教育接受状况分析。调查结果显示,大学生较为排斥思想政治教育相关知识;知识掌握较为欠缺全面性和深入性;知识接受的实用性倾向突出;马克思主义信念淡漠;社会主义理想信念模糊;较为缺乏践行的意愿;外化践行的行动力不强。 第三部分为大学生思想政治教育接受的影响因素分析。这些因素主要包括大学生自身、教材内容、教育者、学校文化以及社会。就大学生自身因素而言,大学生对党的认同度较低、对思想政治教育的意义和价值认识不清、对思想政治教育存有偏见、思维方式不完善以及视思想政治教育为纯知识课对其接受教育内容产生不利影响。就教材内容因素而言,简单重复、脱离生活实际以及滞后于时代与形势发展的内容使学生缺乏接受兴趣。就教育者因素而言,部分党员干部马克思主义信仰模糊、教育者与大学生缺乏情感沟通、教育者思想政治素质不高和教育方式方法僵化陈旧不利于大学生接受活动的顺利进行。在学校文化方面,重智轻德的校园文化氛围和重知轻行的思想政治教育接受考评方式无疑弱化了大学生的接受积极性。社会中的物化风气、复杂尖锐的社会矛盾、多元思想文化观念和消极腐败现象的存在加剧了大学生接受的难度。 第四部分主要是从教育的角度就如何强化大学生思想政治教育接受提出具体对策。第一,以人为本,调动大学生接受思想政治教育的主动性;第二,与时俱进,完善大学生思想政治教育的教材内容体系;第三,有的放矢,构建大学生乐于接受的施教机制;第四,以评促行,建立全面科学的思想政治教育接受评估体系;第五,正面引导,营造利于大学生思想政治教育接受的优良环境。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the times and the major changes in all aspects of social life, the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education needs to be further improved, and the effectiveness of ideological and political education depends on the acceptance of college students. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze and study the acceptance of ideological and political education of college students and put forward corresponding countermeasures against the existing problems. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part analyzes the connotation of college students' ideological and political education acceptance. Starting from the meaning of the acceptance of ideological and political education, this paper concludes the specific meaning of the acceptance of ideological and political education of college students according to the objective of the ideological and political education of college students, that is, to master the relevant theoretical knowledge of Marxism systematically. Establish Marxist and socialist ideals and beliefs and practice Marxism related theories and requirements. The second part analyzes the acceptance of college students' ideological and political education. The results show that the college students are more excluded from the knowledge of ideological and political education; the mastery of knowledge is lack of comprehensiveness and depth; the practical tendency of knowledge acceptance is prominent; the belief of Marxism is indifferent; the ideal and belief of socialism is vague; Lack of the will to practice; externalization of the practice of the motive force is not strong. The third part is the analysis of the influencing factors of college students' acceptance of ideological and political education. These factors include college students themselves, teaching materials, educators, school culture and society. As far as the college students' own factors are concerned, they have a low degree of identity with the Party, lack a clear understanding of the significance and value of the ideological and political education, and are biased against the ideological and political education. The imperfect mode of thinking and ideological and political education as pure knowledge lessons have a negative impact on its acceptance of educational content. As far as the content of teaching material is concerned, simple repetition, divorced from the reality of life and lagging behind the development of the times and situation make the students lack of interest. As far as educator factors are concerned, some Party members and cadres have vague Marxist beliefs, educators and college students lack emotional communication, the ideological and political quality of educators is not high, and the rigid ways and methods of education are out of date, which is not conducive to the smooth progress of college students' acceptance activities. In the aspect of school culture, the campus culture atmosphere, which emphasizes wisdom and morality, and the way of accepting evaluation of ideological and political education, which emphasizes knowledge and practice, undoubtedly weaken the acceptance enthusiasm of college students. The existence of materialized atmosphere, complex and sharp social contradictions, multi-ideological and cultural ideas and negative corruption in society aggravates the difficulty of college students' acceptance. The fourth part is mainly from the point of view of education, how to strengthen the ideological and political education acceptance of college students put forward specific countermeasures. First, people-oriented, mobilize college students to accept ideological and political education initiative; second, to advance with the times, improve the ideological and political education content system of college students; third, targeted, to construct the teaching mechanism that college students are willing to accept; Fourth, to establish a comprehensive and scientific evaluation system for ideological and political education, and to create a favorable environment for college students to accept ideological and political education through positive guidance.
