大学生创业素质培养研究

【摘要】:本文认为创业意识、创业品德和创业能力是构成大学生创业素质的主要构成因素。通过这三方面创业素质的培养与提升,以促进大学生创业素质的形成和全面发展。大学生创业素质是指大学生个体或群体创业者在创造新的岗位时应具备的知识、能力、素养。本文从社会角度、教育角度、经济角度三个方面来分析大学生创业素质培养的价值,以此来分析大学生创业素质培养的重要性。目前我国大学生创业素质培养取得一定的成绩,初步建立了大学生创业素质培养教育体系,基本明确了大学生创业素质培养育人目标,,进一步丰富了大学生创业素质培养发展内涵。取得一定成绩的同时,我国大学生创业素质培养存在一些问题,其中,教育主体(政府、社会、高校)对大学生创业素质培养的认识不够深入,教育客体(大学生)对创业素质培养的理解不够强化。在国外,美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家关于大学生创业素质培养经验相对丰富,值得我国借鉴,其中美国在大学生创业素质培养理念、培养体制、师资队伍、课程体系、文化氛围尤为发达。因此,为构筑大学生创业素质培养体系,需要我们在树立大学生创业素质培养新型理念、建立大学生创业素质培养长效机制、加强大学生创业素质培养师资队伍建设、完善大学生创业素质培养课程体系、营造大学生创业素质培养文化氛围方面做出努力。
[Abstract]:This paper argues that entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial morality and entrepreneurial ability are the main factors that constitute the entrepreneurial quality of college students. Through the cultivation and promotion of these three aspects of entrepreneurship quality, to promote the formation and all-round development of college students' entrepreneurial quality. The entrepreneurial quality of college students refers to the knowledge, ability and accomplishment that individual or group entrepreneurs should possess when creating new posts. This paper analyzes the value of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality from three aspects: social angle, educational angle and economic angle, so as to analyze the importance of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality. At present, some achievements have been made in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality. The educational system of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality has been established preliminarily, and the goal of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality has been basically clearly defined. It further enriches the connotation of the cultivation and development of college students' entrepreneurial quality. At the same time, there are some problems in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality. Among them, the main body of education (government, society, colleges and universities) does not know enough about the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality. The understanding of the educational object (college students) to the cultivation of entrepreneurial quality is not strengthened enough. In foreign countries, such as the United States, the European Union, Japan and other developed countries about college students' entrepreneurial quality training experience is relatively rich, worthy of our reference, the United States in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality concept, training system, teaching staff, curriculum system, The cultural atmosphere is particularly developed. Therefore, in order to build up the training system of college students' entrepreneurial quality, we need to establish the new idea of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality, establish the long-term mechanism of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality, and strengthen the construction of teaching staff for cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality. Perfect the course system of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality and build the cultural atmosphere of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality.
