高校隐性思想政治教育实效性研究

【摘要】：随着全球化进程的不断深入,国外的思想意识、观点形态大量涌入我国,高校思想政治教育受到制约和挑战。当前,影响大学生的思想和行为的因素逐渐多元化,高校思想政治教育应与时俱进、勇于创新。我们应该结合我国当前的实际,在借鉴西方思想政治教育的方法的基础上,进一步加强和改进隐性思想政治教育。努力提高高校隐性思想政治教育的吸引力和感染力以及实效性,这是摆在思想政治教育者面前的一个重要课题。高校思想政治教育理论工作者与实践工作者必须着眼于隐性思想政治教育理论与实践的紧密结合与融会贯通,积极探索隐性思想政治教育的实效性,实现显性思想政治教育与隐性思想政治教育优势互补,从而促进我国高等教育全面健康地发展,为我国社会主义市场经济的发展培育出德智体全面发展的高素质人才,使大学生成为社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。本文采用文献研究法、调查研究法、问题分析法、经验总结法和正反向研究法等方法,对高校隐性思想政治教育在实践操作层面进行探索。因此,从更新高校隐性思想政治教育理念、开发高校思想政治隐性教育资源、拓展高校实施隐性思想政治教育的途径等角度着手,是提高实效性的切实可行的路径,能够使高校隐性思想政治教育工作收到良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of globalization, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been restricted and challenged by the influx of ideas and ideas from abroad into our country. At present, the factors influencing college students' thought and behavior are gradually diversified, and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times and be brave to innovate. We should further strengthen and improve the recessive ideological and political education on the basis of drawing lessons from the western ideological and political education methods according to the present situation of our country. It is an important subject in front of ideological and political educators to improve the attraction, appeal and effectiveness of implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The theoretical and practical workers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities must focus on the close combination and integration of the theory and practice of implicit ideological and political education, and actively explore the effectiveness of implicit ideological and political education. To realize the complementary advantages of explicit ideological and political education and recessive ideological and political education, so as to promote the all-round and healthy development of higher education in China, and to cultivate high-quality talents of all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical development for the development of socialist market economy in China. Make college students become socialist qualified builders and reliable successors. This paper explores the hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the practical level by means of literature research, investigation and research, problem analysis, experience summary and positive and negative research. Therefore, from the angle of renewing the idea of recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities, developing the resources of recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and expanding the way of carrying out implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is a feasible way to improve the effectiveness of the education. Can make the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities get good results.
