美国研究型大学人才培养研究
[Abstract]:The successful experience of the establishment of the first-class research university in the United States and its outstanding achievements in the cultivation of talents is worthy of our reference. By means of comparative research method and literature analysis method, this paper firstly defines the concept of American research university, and then analyzes the essential difference between American research university and non-research university. Secondly, this paper briefly introduces the current situation of talent training in American research universities through specific data, and then analyzes and sums up the characteristics of talent training in American research universities. Finally, using the successful experience of American research universities for reference, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the talents training of research universities in China. This paper is divided into the following five parts: the first part, introduction. This part mainly reviews the reasons, basic concepts and related literatures of this paper, analyzes its shortcomings, and discusses the research ideas and methods, the emphasis and difficulty of the research and the innovation of the research. The second part is the general situation of American research universities and their talents training. This part is a brief introduction to the concept and characteristics of American research-oriented universities as well as the training of talents in the course of their development. To understand the training environment of American research universities. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of talent training in American research universities. This part mainly uses the collected data and data to present the present situation of American research universities' talent training, such as the structure, the guarantee conditions, the ways and methods, etc., and plays a referential role in the discussion of the later parts. The fourth part is the characteristics of talent training in American research universities. This part is mainly combined with the second part of the review, the analysis of the United States research universities talent training objectives, security factors, methods and methods as well as the implementation of the curriculum and other characteristics of the existence. The fifth part, the inspiration of American research university talent training to our country research university talent training. This part mainly combines the course and present situation of our country's research universities and their talents' cultivation and its existing problems, draws lessons from the successful experience of American research universities' personnel training, and puts forward some suggestions for our research universities' talents training. For example, to construct a reasonable index system, to perfect the government's policy support, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities, to combine teaching with scientific research, and so on.
