媒介融合背景下中国西部高校全媒体人才培养初探

【摘要】:随着网络新媒体出现和数字技术的日益精进,媒介融合的“全媒体”时代已经到来,媒介融合对传统媒介生态带来了颠覆性的变革,媒介组织亦纷纷调整战略以适应融合新闻的发展趋势,其中人才战略成为了改革的重点。 媒介融合的发展呼吁知识背景多元、能力全面的全媒体人才,如何培养这样的人才已成为社会与高校的重要课题。因此,借鉴国内外媒介融合新闻教育教学的先进理论与经验,全方位改善新闻学专业的教育方案,培养具有“全媒体”业务技能、复合型知识结构的新闻人才,不但能适应媒介融合时代新闻传播事业的需要,更是增强创新能力,形成人才竞争优势的有效途径。 本文以美国哥伦比亚大学和密苏里大学新闻学院媒介融合人才培养为案例,从新闻学课程设置、专业方向、师资力量、实践基地等方面进行分类研究;对国内以中国人民大学、重庆大学为例,分析人民大学新闻学改革方向和重庆大学文新学院人才培养方法的现状,最后结合西部新闻教育特点提出了全媒体人才培养的途径,其中主要包括构建以新闻业务为核心的课程体系,建设“商业化”实践基地,发展校内“联合培养”模式,,师资考核标准多样化、学生毕业资格多样化等,从而建构媒介融合环境下适合国内的全媒体专业人才培养教学体系,为新闻教育改革特别是国内西部新闻新闻教育发展提供先进理论与经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of network new media and the increasingly sophisticated digital technology, the "all-media" era of media convergence has arrived, and media convergence has brought about subversive changes to the traditional media ecology. Media organizations have also adjusted their strategies to adapt to the trend of integration of news, in which talent strategy has become the focus of the reform. The development of media integration calls for all-media talents with diverse knowledge background and comprehensive ability. How to train such talents has become an important issue in society and universities. Therefore, we should learn from the advanced theory and experience of journalism education and teaching at home and abroad, improve the education scheme of journalism specialty in all directions, and train journalism talents with "all-media" professional skills and complex knowledge structure. It can not only meet the needs of news communication in the age of media fusion, but also be an effective way to enhance innovation ability and form competitive advantage of talents. This article takes Columbia University and Missouri University School of Journalism as a case study, from the journalism curriculum design, professional direction, teaching staff, practice base and other aspects of classification research; Taking Renmin University of China and Chongqing University as examples, this paper analyzes the direction of journalism reform of Renmin University and the current situation of personnel training methods in Chongqing University's liberal arts college, and finally puts forward the ways of cultivating all-media talents according to the characteristics of western journalism education. It mainly includes the construction of a curriculum system centered on journalism, the construction of a "commercial" practice base, the development of the "joint training" model in schools, the diversification of teacher assessment standards, and the diversification of graduation qualifications of students, and so on. So as to construct a teaching system suitable for all-media professionals under the environment of media fusion, and provide advanced theory and experience for the reform of journalism education, especially for the development of journalism education in the west of China.
