毕业生特质与求职结果的关系研究

【摘要】:人的特质会影响求职结果,基于此种认识,本文探讨毕业生特质与求职结果的关系。在借鉴国内外文献综述的基础上,编制了《毕业生特质与求职结果的关系研究调查问卷》,此问卷包括四个子量表:主动性人格量表、求职自我效能量表、求职清晰度量表、工作找寻的强度量表。本次研究对北京6所高校的本科毕业生和硕士研究生发放问卷,通过收集数据,并运用SPSS19.0进行数据统计分析。本次调研时间为2012年2月11日至2012年2月29日。 本文主要运用独立样本的T检验、Pearson分析,从人口统计学变量、主动性人格、求职自我效能、求职清晰度、工作找寻的强度五个维度来研究毕业生特质与求职结果的关系。首先研究分析了特质和求职结果在人口统计学变量的差异;其次,研究分析了特质之间的关系;最后研究分析了特质与求职结果之间的关系。 通过发放问卷,收集和整理数据,并运用SPSS19.0进行分析统计,得到以下结果:第一,毕业生的主动性人格、求职自我效能以及求职清晰度总体来看都不是很高,其中专业技能尤其是英语比较低,但是工作找寻的强度都很大。第二,主动性人格在毕业学历上存在显著差异,硕士研究生比本科生具有更高的主动性人格;同时硕士研究生比本科生的总求职自我效能感也要高。第三,毕业生对具体的求职目标并不明确;理科毕业生比文科毕业生具有较高的求职清晰度;家庭居住地在农村的毕业生比来自城镇的毕业生求职清晰度要明确。第四,主动性人格与求职自我效能、求职自我效能与求职清晰度之间呈显著正相关;求职清晰度与自我评价显著相关;工作找寻的强度与求职清晰度之间不存在显著相关性。第五,主动性人格、求职自我效能、求职清晰度与求职结果显著相关。第六,工作找寻的强度与求职结果之间没有显著相关性;工作找寻的强度通过主动性人格、求职自我效能、求职清晰度影响求职结果。 最后本文从三个方面对毕业生求职提出几点建议和对策:第一,培养和维持毕业生尤其本科生的主动性人格。第二,多方面提升毕业生的求职自我效能。第三,在保持工作找寻强度的基础上,培养积极情感,明确求职目标。
[Abstract]:Based on this understanding, this paper discusses the relationship between graduates' traits and job search results. On the basis of literature review at home and abroad, a questionnaire on the relationship between graduates' traits and job search results was developed. The questionnaire includes four subscales: initiative personality scale, job search self-efficacy scale, job search clarity scale, and so on. Job search intensity scale. This study distributed questionnaires to undergraduate graduates and graduate students from 6 universities in Beijing, collected data, and analyzed the data by SPSS19.0. This survey will be held from February 11, 2012 to February 29, 2012. This paper mainly uses the independent sample T-test, Pearson analysis, from the demographic variables, active personality, job-seeking self-efficacy, job-seeking clarity, job-seeking intensity five dimensions to study the relationship between graduates' traits and job-seeking results. First, the differences between traits and job search results in demographic variables were analyzed; secondly, the relationship between traits and job search results was analyzed; finally, the relationship between traits and job search results was analyzed. By sending out questionnaires, collecting and collating data, and using SPSS19.0 for analysis and statistics, the following results are obtained: first, graduates' initiative personality, job-seeking self-efficacy and job-seeking clarity are generally not very high. Professional skills, especially English, are relatively low, but the intensity of job search is very strong. Secondly, there is a significant difference in initiative personality between graduate students and undergraduate students, and the overall self-efficacy of graduate students is also higher than that of undergraduate students. Third, graduates are not clear about specific job-seeking goals; science graduates have higher job-seeking clarity than liberal arts graduates; graduates who live in rural areas are clearer than graduates from cities and towns. Fourth, there is a significant positive correlation between active personality and job-seeking self-efficacy, job-seeking self-efficacy and job-seeking clarity; job-seeking clarity is significantly correlated with self-evaluation; there is no significant correlation between job-seeking intensity and job-seeking clarity. Fifth, active personality, job-seeking self-efficacy, job-seeking clarity were significantly correlated with job-seeking results. Sixth, there is no significant correlation between job search intensity and job search results, and job search intensity affects job search results through active personality, job search self-efficacy, job-seeking clarity. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects: first, to cultivate and maintain the initiative personality of graduates, especially undergraduates. Second, improve graduates' self-efficacy in many ways. Third, on the basis of maintaining the intensity of job search, we should cultivate positive emotion and define the goal of job search.
