民办高校辅导员专业化建设存在问题及对策探析

【摘要】:近年来,全国各民办高校十分重视辅导员的队伍建设,每年开展辅导员队伍骨干培训,设立高校辅导员工作论坛。至此,高校辅导员队伍这些年有了长足的发展,但这支队伍也面临着高校思想政治教育工作的新挑战。首先,国际上各种思想文化相互激荡,综合国力的竞争日趋激励,思想文化领域变得越加复杂,高校辅导员工作要及时应对新情况,解决新问题;其次,思想政治教育对象呈现出新特点。处于社会转型期的青年学生,思想状况日益复杂,价值观念、行为方式有了根本性的变化,从辅导员这支队伍的功能来看,要发挥思想政治教育工作的主导作用,就要学会面对新挑战,解决新问题,而专业化发展将成为必然趋势。 在我国高等教育体系中,民办高校是特殊的群体。其起步晚,发展比较迅速,现在已成为我国教育体系中一股重要的力量。辅导员作为民办高校教育管理队伍当中的一个重要构成部分,能够有效开展大学生政治思想工作,为大学生个人发展提供启航,同时也是学习成才的指导者、心理健康的引导者,是保证民办高等教育事业持续健康发展不可或缺的重要力量。 在民办高校辅导员队伍建设过程当中,专业化是专家化的基本前提与最终目标。实现民办高校辅导员队伍建设的专业化,能够确保这支队伍具备较高的专业化素养、优秀的专业化技能以及科学的职业化规范,并逐步将辅导员转变成为大学生思想政治教育、心理指导、学生管理以及就业辅导方面的专家人士。民办高校辅导员队伍必须从角色定位专业化、素质专业化、结构专业化、管理专业化四方面不断地加强自身队伍建设。民办高校辅导员专业化建设必要性主要从辅导员队伍专业化建设是民办高校发展的需要、辅导员队伍专业化建设是指导大学生成长成才的需要和辅导员队伍专业化建设是辅导员个人发展的需要三个方面进行了详细的阐释。 在政府和教育部门的大力支持下,民办高校辅导员队伍的自身素质不断提高,民办高校对辅导员管理和考核体制也逐步完善。但是,当前民办高校辅导员队伍存在人员结构问题、年龄结构、女性辅导员过多、辅导员配置不足、发展空间狭小等问题,产生这些问题的原因是多方面的,既有民办高校中管理体制的问题,也有辅导员自身素质的问题。 民办高校辅导员专业化建设,,长效靠机制,实效靠措施,根据专业化建设中存在的问题,有针对性地探索行之有效的措施与办法,本文主要从完善辅导员准入机制、加强辅导员培训机制、完善辅导员的考评机制和建立完善辅导员保障机制等四个方面进行了全方位的分析,从而不断完善和创新民办高校辅导员专业化建设的长效机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, private colleges and universities all over the country attach great importance to the team construction of counselors, carry out the backbone training of counselors every year, and set up a college counselor working forum. So far, the team of college counselors has made great progress in recent years, but this team is also facing the new challenge of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. First of all, the international ideological and cultural interplay, the competition of comprehensive national strength is increasingly encouraging, ideological and cultural fields become more and more complex, college counselors work to deal with new situations and solve new problems in a timely manner; Secondly, the object of ideological and political education presents new characteristics. Young students in the transition period of society, the ideological situation is increasingly complex, values, behavior has undergone fundamental changes. Judging from the function of the counselor, we should give full play to the leading role of ideological and political education. Must learn to face new challenges, solve new problems, and professional development will become an inevitable trend. In China's higher education system, private colleges and universities are a special group. Its late start, rapid development, has become an important force in China's education system. As an important part of the educational management team of private colleges and universities, counselors can effectively carry out the political and ideological work of college students, provide the starting point for the individual development of college students, and at the same time are also the guides for learning to become talented. The guide to mental health is an indispensable force to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of private higher education. Specialization is the basic premise and final goal of expert in the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities. To realize the professionalization of the construction of counselors in civilian-run colleges and universities can ensure that the team has higher professional qualities, excellent professional skills and scientific professional norms, and gradually turn counselors into ideological and political education for college students. A specialist in psychological guidance, student management, and employment counselling. The team of counselors in civilian-run colleges and universities must continuously strengthen its own team construction from four aspects: orientation specialization, quality specialization, structure specialization and management specialization. The necessity of professional construction of counselors in private colleges and universities is mainly from the professional construction of counselors team is the needs of the development of private universities. The professional construction of counselors is the need to guide college students to grow and become talented, and the professional construction of counselors is the needs of personal development of counselors. With the strong support of the government and education department, the quality of counselors in private colleges and universities has been improved, and the management and assessment system of counselors in private colleges and universities has been gradually improved. However, at present, there are many problems in the staff structure, age structure, excessive number of female counselors, insufficient configuration of counselors, narrow development space and so on in private colleges and universities. The reasons for these problems are various. There are not only the problems of the management system in the private colleges, but also the quality of the counselors themselves. The professional construction of counselors in civilian-run colleges and universities depends on long-term mechanism and effective measures. According to the problems existing in the construction of specialization, effective measures and methods are explored pertinently. This article mainly focuses on perfecting the admission mechanism of counselors. Strengthening the training mechanism of counselors, perfecting the evaluation mechanism of counselors and establishing and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of counselors have been analyzed in an all-round way, so as to continuously perfect and innovate the long-term mechanism of counselors' specialization construction in private colleges and universities.
