新时期我国高校辅导员心理定位问题研究

【摘要】：辅导员是否是一项社会职业,在学术界的看法各不一致。根据《现代汉语词典》对职业的解释,可以看出：职业是社会中的个体为获取主要生活来源所进行的社会行为,它具有社会性和个人性两种属性。具体而言,职业的社会性要求职业必须要满足一定的社会需要,职业的个人性要求职业要为个人提供生存生活的资料。基于职业的独特内涵之上,我国高校辅导员自诞生之日起便承担着大学生日常思想政治教育与管理工作的职责,服务于高等教育,服务于社会人才的培养,其社会性不言而喻；而辅导员的生活来源,尤其对于高校中的专职辅导员来说,均是以其在辅导员岗位上所获得的工资为主,在这点上,辅导员的个人性毋庸置疑,因此,高校辅导员具有成为一项社会职业所需的现实条件。在辅导员的职业活动中,其活动对象以大学生群体为主,活动内容以日常思想政治教育为核心,辅导员自身是职业活动的主体,它的主体核心价值透过职业活动体现出来 既然高校辅导员已经成为了一种社会职业,辅导员就应该履行好辅导员职业应有的岗位职责,在辅导员岗位上发光发热。然而,社会变革与发展带来的高校教育管理新形势,似乎让辅导员越来越无所适从,辅导员对工作的热情度和热爱度在逐渐消退和减弱,这不禁让人为高校学生教育管理工作堪忧,也为辅导员这一社会职业的前景捏把冷汗。正是基于这样的现实情况下,本文提出了辅导员心理定位这一论题,从辅导员内涵的历史演变,新形势下辅导员心理定位的新要求,辅导员心理定位的目标选择和现实意义,辅导员心理定位的现实偏差及产生的原因,辅导员心理定位的实现路径这几个方面展开论述,旨在让辅导员及时、自觉地改变或强化自己的人生奋斗目标,降低或强化自己的期望值,使自己的整个心理状态和行为活动适应于主客观环境的变化,符合当下高校教育管理形势的要求,从而让自己拥有轻松、愉快的工作心境,顺利地实现高等教育塑人、育人的宏伟目标。
[Abstract]:Whether a counselor is a social profession, in the academic community views are different. According to the explanation of occupation in Modern Chinese Dictionary, it can be seen that occupation is the social behavior of individuals in society in order to obtain the main source of living, and it has two attributes: social and individual. Specifically, the social nature of the profession requires that the profession must meet certain social needs, and the individual nature of the profession requires that the profession provide information for the individual to live and live. Based on the unique connotation of occupation, college counselors in our country have assumed the responsibility of daily ideological and political education and management of college students since their birth, serving the higher education and the cultivation of social talents, and their sociality is self-evident. And the source of life of counselors, especially for full-time counselors in colleges and universities, is mainly based on the salary they get in the position of counselor. In this regard, the individual nature of counselors is beyond doubt, so there is no doubt about the individual nature of counselors. College counselors have the realistic conditions to become a social profession. In the professional activities of counselors, the main object of the activities is the group of college students, the content of the activities is the core of the daily ideological and political education, and the counselors themselves are the main body of the professional activities. Since the college counselor has become a kind of social occupation, the counselor should perform the duty of the counselor's profession well and shine and heat up in the counselor's position since the core value of its main body is reflected through the professional activities. However, the new situation of educational management in colleges and universities brought about by social change and development seems to make counselors increasingly confused, and the enthusiasm and love for work of counselors are gradually fading and weakening. This can not help but worry for college students education management work, but also for counselors this social career prospects pinch cold sweat. It is based on this reality that this paper puts forward the topic of counselor's psychological orientation, from the historical evolution of counselor's connotation, the new requirements of counselor's psychological orientation under the new situation, the target choice and practical significance of counselor's psychological orientation. The realistic deviation of counselor's psychological orientation and its causes, and the realization path of counselor's psychological orientation are discussed in order to make the counselor change or strengthen his goal of life in a timely and conscious manner. Reduce or strengthen their expectations, make their entire mental state and behavior adapt to the changes in the subjective and objective environment, meet the requirements of the current situation of educational management in colleges and universities, so that they can have a relaxed and happy working mood. Smooth realization of higher education plastic people, education of the grand goal.
