高校青年教师职业道德修养研究

【摘要】：弘扬良好师德不仅是教育永恒的主题,更是提升人才培养质量和增强学校软实力的重要保障。青年教师是高校教师队伍的主力军,其职业道德修养关系到青年教师能否充分发挥自身模范作用,能否起到教书育人楷模和充当人类灵魂工程师的问题。因此,提高和加强高校青年教师职业道德修养不仅是切实推进师德建设的物质基础,同时也为教师自身发展奠定坚实的道德根基。本文在深入分析目前高校青年教师群体思想特征、心理特征、文化特征和职业特征的基础上,采用文献归纳与实证研究相结合的方法,以湖南省7所高校为例,通过问卷调查的形式对我国目前高校青年教师职业道德修养的现状和存在的问题进行了深入剖析,提出当前加强高校青年教师师德修养的必要性和紧迫性。在此基础上,初步探索了提高高校青年教师师德修养的路径,并指出在高校青年教师师德修养的提高过程中,学校应统一思想提高认识,做到为青年教师师德培养提供有利的组织保障,为青年教师营造成才的物质性环境,建立科学的青年教师师德修养保障体系。
[Abstract]:Carrying forward good teacher morality is not only the eternal theme of education, but also an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent training and enhance the soft power of schools. Young teachers are the main force of the faculty in colleges and universities. Their professional moral cultivation is related to whether the young teachers can give full play to their own exemplary role, whether they can play a role in teaching and educating people and acting as the engineers of the human soul. Therefore, improving and strengthening the professional ethics cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities is not only the material basis for promoting the construction of teachers' morality, but also lays a solid moral foundation for the development of teachers themselves. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the ideological, psychological, cultural and professional characteristics of young teachers in colleges and universities at present, this paper adopts the method of literature induction and empirical research, taking seven universities in Hunan Province as examples. Through the form of questionnaire survey, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the professional ethics cultivation of the young teachers in colleges and universities, and puts forward the necessity and urgency of strengthening the moral cultivation of the young teachers in colleges and universities at present. On this basis, this paper probes into the ways to improve the moral cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities, and points out that in the process of improving the moral cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities, the school should unify the thought and improve the understanding. To provide favorable organizational guarantee for the cultivation of young teachers' morality, to create a material environment for young teachers to become talents, and to establish a scientific guarantee system for young teachers' moral cultivation.
