世界城市高等教育多样性研究

【摘要】:世界城市高等教育的多样性,有效地保证了高等教育的高质量发展。世界城市纽约、伦敦、东京高等教育的发展史,共同印证了这一发展过程。伴随着这些世界城市的建设发展,始终有与之相适应的高水平、高质量的高等教育建设发展。世界城市高等教育的多样性、多元化发展,不断满足世界城市多样性、多元化需求,从而具有了为世界城市发展需要持续提供大批高质量人才的能力。 本文将世界城市高等教育的多样性(diversity)、多元化(pluralism)作为研究焦点,基于教育系统论、耗散结构理论、自组织协同理论、开放复杂巨系统理论,研究世界城市——纽约、伦敦和东京高等教育的多样性特征、高等教育多样性与城市发展的相互作用;世界城市高等教育发展趋异、趋同的动态性、阶段性和周期性;世界城市高等教育多样性的自组织协同与演化、系统耗散结构的形成机理;世界城市高等教育多样性形成和有序演化机理;为北京中国特色世界城市建设,提供高等教育多样性发展的促进机制、理论框架和发展策略。 本文研究表明:不同世界城市高等教育多样性的发展具有阶段的趋同性、长期的趋异性。世界城市高等教育多样性及其演化,为我们研究高等教育多样性与世界城市的互动发展、高等教育系统中不同类型院校之间的关系提供了有益的启示。另一方面,世界城市高等教育的发展与所在世界城市的社会历史环境有着密不可分的生成联系。不同的世界城市发展背景造就了不同的高等教育多样性特征,即使类似的问题在不同的世界城市背景下也会呈现出不同的形态。因此,首都北京中国特色世界城市建设的高等教育多样性问题,,并不能简单的移植世界城市纽约、伦敦和东京的经验,也许真正需要的是在合理借鉴、学习外来知识和经验的同时,对“本地状况”的深入研究与切实把握,以及在此基础上实现外来经验、知识的本地化。北京中国特色世界城市的高等教育多样性,要在国际化的进程中,从自己的历史背景中生发出来。
[Abstract]:The diversity of urban higher education in the world effectively ensures the high quality development of higher education. The development history of higher education in the world cities of New York, London and Tokyo confirms this development process. With the construction and development of these world cities, there is always a high level and high quality of higher education. The diversity and diversified development of higher education in the world cities meet the diversity and diversified needs of the world cities, so they have the ability to provide a large number of high-quality talents for the development of the world cities. In this paper, the diversity of (diversity), diversified (pluralism) of urban higher education in the world is taken as the research focus, based on the theory of educational system, the theory of dissipative structure, the theory of self-organization coordination, the theory of open complex giant system, and the study of the world city, New York. The diversity characteristics of higher education in London and Tokyo, and the interaction between the diversity of higher education and urban development; The development of urban higher education in the world is different, the dynamic, stage and periodicity of convergence, the self-organization coordination and evolution of the diversity of urban higher education in the world, and the formation mechanism of the system dissipative structure. The formation and orderly evolution mechanism of higher education diversity in world cities, and the promotion mechanism, theoretical framework and development strategy of higher education diversity for the construction of world cities with Chinese characteristics in Beijing. The research in this paper shows that the development of urban higher education diversity in different world has stage convergence and long-term convergence. The diversity and evolution of higher education in the world provide useful enlightenment for us to study the interaction between the diversity of higher education and the interactive development of the world city and the relationship between different types of colleges and universities in the higher education system. On the other hand, the development of urban higher education in the world is closely related to the social and historical environment of the world city. Different background of world urban development creates different characteristics of higher education diversity, even similar problems will show different forms in different world urban backgrounds. Therefore, the diversity of higher education in the construction of world cities with Chinese characteristics in Beijing, the capital, can not simply transplant the experiences of the world cities of New York, London and Tokyo, but what is really needed is to draw lessons from them reasonably. While learning foreign knowledge and experience, we should study and grasp the local situation deeply, and realize the localization of foreign experience and knowledge on this basis. The diversity of higher education in Beijing's world cities with Chinese characteristics should be born out of its own historical background in the process of internationalization.
