全日制专业学位硕士参与企业实践培养效果的关键影响因素实证研究

【摘要】:全日制专业学位研究生的培养模式是适应社会对高级专业人才的需求而兴起的,目标为培养不仅具备丰富的理论知识,又能够将理论应用于实际,切实解决企业或社会中的现实问题的高素质专业人才。自2009年我国确定高校招收第一批全日制专业学位硕士研究生至今,该学位的培养方案一直处于探索和调整阶段,其相关政策的落实和培养计划的制定还有待进一步的加强和完善。该模式中学生参与企业实践的培养环节是实现专业学位硕士培养目标的关键组成部分,然而,各高校对该培养环节的具体执行方案还在摸索之中。高校和学生不知该如何选择实习实践机会,进行多长时间的实习实践,,在怎样的岗位中进行实习实践,校内外导师应采取怎样的指导方式,学生实践过程中需要哪些人员的积极配合和参与等等,这些方面该如何安排才会对专硕参与企业实践培养环节产生最有利的效果。对于这些疑问的解答即成为了本文研究的目标。 作者在本文中,首先通过对国内外关于专业学位硕士研究生培养模式和相关文献的回顾,总结了当前已有的各种专业学位硕士研究生的培养方式。然后将研究方向锁定在全日制专业学位研究生培养模式中的学生参与企业实践的环节,在国内已经毕业和在读的全日制专业学位研究生中进行调查研究。通过对比已经为企业解决实际问题的和未能帮企业解决实际问题的专硕学生在参与实践的各方面的情况,找出影响其实践取得成功的相关因素。依次通过对问卷数据进行信效度分析,描述性统计分析,双因素列连分析和二项logistic回归的分析,找出了对专业硕士在实践中取得成功效果有显著影响的8个变量,和4个关键影响因素以及各因素对专硕实践成功的影响程度大小,并据此建立了全日制专业硕士取得实践成功的预测模型。 文章最后根据数据分析结果对专业硕士在参与企业实践环节中如何提高实践的成功几率提出了相应的对策,后又对参与全日制专硕培养的5个利益相关方分别提出了今后开展工作的建议。
[Abstract]:The training mode of full-time professional degree graduate students is rising to meet the needs of the society for senior professionals. The goal is not only to have rich theoretical knowledge, but also to apply theory to practice. A high-quality professional who effectively solves practical problems in an enterprise or society. Since 2009, when China decided to enroll the first batch of full-time professional degree graduate students in colleges and universities, the training program of this degree has been in the stage of exploration and adjustment. The implementation of its related policies and the formulation of training plans still need to be further strengthened and improved. The training link of middle school students' participation in enterprise practice is the key part of realizing the training goal of professional degree master's degree. However, the concrete implementation scheme of this training link in colleges and universities is still being explored. Universities and students do not know how to choose practice opportunities, how long practice should be carried out, what kind of practice should be carried out in what posts, and what kind of guidance should be adopted by supervisors inside and outside the school. What kind of personnel need active cooperation and participation in the process of students' practice, and how to arrange these aspects will have the most favorable effect on participating in the training of enterprise practice. The answer to these questions has become the goal of this paper. In this paper, first of all, through the review of the training mode and related literature of professional degree graduate students at home and abroad, the author summarizes the existing training methods of professional degree master's degree graduate students. Then the research direction is locked in the training mode of full-time professional degree graduate students to participate in the enterprise practice, and the investigation and research are carried out among the full-time professional degree graduate students who have graduated and are studying in China. By comparing the situation of students who have solved practical problems for enterprises and those who have not been able to help enterprises solve practical problems, this paper finds out the relevant factors that affect the success of their practice. Through the reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, two-factor column analysis and binomial logistic regression analysis of the questionnaire data, eight variables which have a significant impact on the success of professional masters in practice are found out. And four key factors and the degree of influence of each factor on the success of the full-time professional master, and the prediction model of the success of the full-time professional master is established on the basis of the four key factors and the degree of influence of each factor on the success of the full-time professional master. Finally, according to the results of data analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the success probability of professional master in participating in enterprise practice. After that, the suggestions for the future work of the five stakeholders involved in full-time training are put forward.
