大学生幸福教育:内涵、因素及路径

【摘要】:大学生幸福教育是以大学生群体为对象、促使大学生获得幸福体验的教育。这里的幸福教育有两层含义:一是把幸福作为一种可以教授和学习的能力,是课堂教育的内容;二是把幸福作为教育过程中师生双方的情感体验,即教师感受着幸福的教,学生感受着幸福的学习。 通过对我国大学生群体不幸事件的分析,以及对大学生幸福现状的问卷调查,发现大学生的家庭问题、情感问题、心理问题和学业、就业问题,构成了影响大学生幸福的原因,我们认为这些只是影响大学生幸福的诱发原因,根本原因则是大学生的固有幸福观念。科学人道主义的幸福观在我们对幸福观的梳理过程中被认为是科学完满的幸福观,也是大学生应持有的幸福观。它将幸福分为生理幸福、心理幸福与伦理幸福,相应的其实现受到生理需求、心理需求与社会需求的影响,并且这三个影响因素与调查研究得出的影响大学生幸福的原因具有内在的一致性。 因此根据大学生幸福教育的内涵与大学生幸福的影响因素,我们不难构建出大学生幸福教育的实现路径:开设专门的幸福课程,培养大学生获得幸福的能力;拓宽就业渠道,,重视大学生职业规划教育,促使大学生生理需要的获得;关爱残疾大学生、创造良好的求知环境,促使大学生心理需要的获得;培养大学生的交往能力,促进大学生社会需要的获得。
[Abstract]:The happiness education of college students is an education that takes the group of college students as the object and promotes the happiness experience of college students. Happiness education here has two meanings: one is to regard happiness as a kind of ability that can be taught and learned, which is the content of classroom education; Second, happiness is regarded as the emotional experience of both teachers and students in the process of education, that is, teachers feel happy teaching and students feel happy learning. Through the analysis of the unfortunate events of college students in our country and the questionnaire survey on the present situation of college students' happiness, it is found that the family problems, emotional problems, psychological problems, academic and employment problems of college students constitute the reasons that affect the happiness of college students. We think that these are only the inducing reasons for the happiness of college students, and the root cause is the inherent concept of happiness of college students. In the process of combing the concept of happiness, the concept of happiness in science and humanitarianism is considered to be a perfect view of happiness in science, and it is also a view of happiness that college students should hold. It divides happiness into physical happiness, psychological happiness and ethical happiness, and its realization is affected by physical needs, psychological needs and social needs. And these three influencing factors have internal consistency with the reasons that affect the happiness of college students. Therefore, according to the connotation of college students' happiness education and the influencing factors of college students' happiness, it is not difficult for us to construct the realization path of college students' happiness education: setting up special happiness courses to cultivate college students' ability to obtain happiness; Broaden employment channels, attach importance to college students' career planning education, promote the acquisition of college students' physical needs, care for disabled college students, create a good environment for knowledge, and promote the acquisition of college students' psychological needs. Cultivate college students' communication ability and promote the acquisition of college students' social needs.
