我国高校通识教育课程教学的优化管理研究

【摘要】:随着“社会分科化”现象的日益严重以及社会对全面发展的复合型人才的需要,通识教育便成了我国高等教育发展的重中之重。通识教育是一种教育模式和理念的结合体,它是就狭窄的专业教育而言的。通识教育既包括像科学、文化、历史、语言等综合性知识的传播,又包括个性和公民意识的培养。在我国高校几十年通识教育发展的道路上,也取得了一定的成就。课程是实施通识教育的主要途径,但在实施过程中存在不少问题,像是对通识教育不够重视、通识教育管理机制不够健全、通识教育课程师资力量薄弱、通识教育设施建设还不完善等。 本文采用描述性研究法、文献分析法和个案研究法,通过对我国高校通识教育实施的现状分析,结合高校通识教育课程的特点,运用教学优化和有效教学的原理,,并在我国教育部门规定的对通识教育实施的总方针政策的引领下,从学生层面、教师层面和学校层面这三个方面,阐述了我国高校通识教育课程教学的优化管理。其中在学生方面,要培养其学会独立学习并提高其对通识教育课程的重视;在教师方面,教师要提倡研究性和实践性教学,要精心安排授课计划,采用灵活多样的授课方式,充分利用多媒体教学;在学校层面,要提高对通识教育的重视程度,逐渐完善对通识教育制度的保障制度,进行通识教育课程教学指导中心的建立,投入资金建设通识教育课程,加强对通识教育实施的监督与管理和通识教育课程的师资水平的提高等。
[Abstract]:With the increasing seriousness of the phenomenon of "social division of subjects" and the need of the society for the all-round development of compound talents, general education has become the most important thing in the development of higher education in our country. General education is a combination of educational model and idea, which is about narrow professional education. General education includes not only the dissemination of comprehensive knowledge such as science, culture, history and language, but also the cultivation of personality and civic consciousness. On the road of the development of general education in colleges and universities in China for decades, some achievements have also been made. Curriculum is the main way to implement general education, but there are many problems in the process of implementation, such as not paying enough attention to general education, the management mechanism of general education is not perfect, and the strength of teachers of general education curriculum is weak. The construction of general education facilities is not perfect and so on. This paper adopts descriptive research method, literature analysis method and case study method, through the analysis of the present situation of the implementation of general education in colleges and universities in China, combined with the characteristics of general education courses in colleges and universities, using the principles of teaching optimization and effective teaching. Under the guidance of the general principles and policies stipulated by the education department of our country, this paper expounds the optimal management of the curriculum teaching of general education in colleges and universities from three aspects: the student level, the teacher level and the school level. Among them, students should be trained to learn independently and pay more attention to the curriculum of general education. In terms of teachers, teachers should advocate research and practical teaching, carefully arrange teaching plans, adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods, and make full use of multimedia teaching. At the school level, it is necessary to pay more attention to general education, gradually improve the guarantee system for the general education system, establish a teaching guidance center for general education courses, and invest funds to build general education courses. Strengthen the supervision and management of the implementation of general education and the improvement of the level of teachers in general education courses.
