云南省民办高等院校融资问题研究

【摘要】：20世纪80年代，尤其是改革开放以来，民办高等院校在我们国家得以恢复并蓬勃发展，有效的缓解了高等教育需求增长与教育资源不足的问题，为我们国家高等教育事业做出了巨大的贡献。目前，我们国家民办高等教育己经初具规模，成为我们国家高等院校的一支重要力量。然而，我们国家民办高等院校在取得巨大成就的同时也存在着一系列问题，这些问题阻碍了民办高等院校的进一步发展。其中最为突出的就是资金约束问题。本文首先通过研究云南省民办高等院校融资现状，，分析其发展的背景和历程，以及现阶段民办高等院校的融资方式，剖析了民办高等院校融资问题就是阻碍民办高等院校发展的主要原因。其次，将我们国家民办高等院校的融资和日本美国等发达国家民办高等院校的融资进行对比分析，并在此基础上进行借鉴学习。最后，结合国外发达国家的经验且充分考虑我们国家的具体国情提出云南省民办高等院校融资的初步策略。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, especially since the reform and opening up, private colleges and universities have been able to resume and flourish in our country, which has effectively alleviated the problems of the growth of higher education demand and the shortage of educational resources. It has made great contributions to the cause of higher education in our country. At present, private higher education in our country has begun to take shape and become an important force in colleges and universities in our country. However, while private colleges and universities in our country have made great achievements, there are also a series of problems, which hinder the further development of private colleges and universities. Among them, the most prominent is the problem of financial constraints. First of all, by studying the present situation of financing of private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes the background and course of its development, as well as the financing methods of private colleges and universities at the present stage. This paper analyzes that the financing problem of private colleges and universities is the main reason that hinders the development of private colleges and universities. Secondly, the financing of private colleges and universities in our country is compared with that of private colleges and universities in developed countries such as Japan and the United States, and on this basis, reference learning is carried out. Finally, combined with the experience of foreign developed countries and fully considering the specific national conditions of our country, this paper puts forward the preliminary strategy of financing private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.
