高校辅导员与大学生的有效沟通

【摘要】：人作为社会的组成部分,其生存、生活都离不开社会。人在社会中生存、生活势必会与周围的人有着这样或那样的联系,其中沟通是必不可少的。提到沟通,许多人会有这样的误区：认为“沟通没什么了不起的,我们都会,而且每天都在做”。然而,在日常的学习、工作、生活中又有多少人能真正地做到与他人有效地沟通。著名的成功学大师卡内基曾经说“所谓沟通就是同步,每个人都有他独特的地方,而与人交际则要求他与别人一致。”由此可见,沟通不是一种本能,不是与生俱来的,而是一种能力,是需要后天培养的。辅导员作为高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,在高校人才培养和校园和谐文化建设方面发挥着重要作用。在日常的工作中,辅导员肩负着对学生的组织、引导和管理等方面的职责,和学生有着直接接触,其工作能否取得实效,在很大程度上与其能否与学生有效沟通有着很大关系。本篇论文从辅导员与学生沟通现状着手,通过分析辅导员与学生沟通中存在的问题,有针对性地提出了辅导员与学生有效沟通的原则、方法和对策,为高校辅导员实现与学生的有效沟通提供了可操作性建议。
[Abstract]:As an integral part of society, people's survival and life can not be separated from society. People live in society, life is bound to have one or that connection with the people around them, in which communication is essential. When it comes to communication, many people have the misconception that "communication is nothing, we all do, and we do it every day." However, in daily study, work, life and how many people can really communicate with others. Carnegie, a famous master of success, once said, "Communication is synchronization. Everyone has his own unique place, and communicating with others requires him to be consistent with others." Thus it can be seen that communication is not an instinct, not inherent, but a kind of ability, which needs to be cultivated the day after tomorrow. As an important part of college teachers and management team, counselors play an important role in the cultivation of college talents and the construction of campus harmonious culture. In the daily work, counselors shoulder the responsibility of organizing, guiding and managing students, and have direct contact with students. whether their work can achieve actual results is to a great extent related to whether they can communicate effectively with students. Starting from the present situation of communication between counselors and students, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the communication between counselors and students, and puts forward the principles, methods and countermeasures of effective communication between counselors and students. It provides operable suggestions for college counselors to realize effective communication with students.
