医学类大学生医德观偏失现状及其对策研究

【摘要】：作为衡量医务工作者职业道德水平的重要标准，医德已成为医务工作人员思想品质水平高低的重要体现。对医学类大学生而言，开展医德教育不仅可以加强医学生医德意识，让医学生通过对医德知识的学习，养成良好的医德医风，树立正确的职业道德思想，还可以让他们在实践工作中深刻领会医德医风的重要性，从而确保其在今后的工作中能够具备高度规范的医德品质。作为医学领域未来的从业者，救死扶伤的社会重担是医学生需要承担的，由此看来，对医学生进行医德教育，不仅可以提升我国整体的社会道德水平，同时也能够体现我国精神文明发展程度，其重要性毋庸置疑。毕竟在现实社会环境中对精神文明的建设还是有促进作用的，这也就需要着重对医学专业学生进行高标准的医德教育。从理论上来讲，医德教育的学生理性认识是可以持续深化的，毕竟这可以将医学伦理道德研究的范畴扩大，同时在促进不同学科之间紧密联系的前提下，提升了医学高校学生德育教育实践活动的水平。在本文中，对医德问题的系统研究是基于学理角度展开的，因而可以确保学术界进一步展开对该领域的研究。在实践过程中，公民的道德建设是我国当前阶段主要的道德建设内容，由于其所包含的职业道德是极为重要的，因此在具有特殊地位的医疗行业中，就应该加大对医务工作者职业道德建设的力度。众所周知，医学专业的高等院校所培养的学生基本上都是未来的医务工作者，因此在校园内对学生加强职业道德的教育力度还是颇为必要的，其主要体现为：在大的层面上，可以对社会主义精神文明建设做出贡献，同时对医学水平提升和卫生事业发展发挥促进作用。在小的层面上，在学生的整个学习时期加强医德的培养，可以在理论结合实际的基础上，强化临床实习的过渡作用，通过加强技能训练，提升学生独立工作的能力，进而确保学生可以完成学生到医生的角色转换，早日成为治病救人的高水平医务工作者。在医学类大学生学习阶段加强他们职业道德教育，不但可以促进精神文明的建设和卫生事业的发展，还有助于医学生在成为医生的过渡阶段强化内心医德理念，以此确保他们在未来工作中可以具备较强的业务技能和优良的医德医风。本研究从医学类大学生思想政治教育工作出发，对医学生发放调查问卷，以座谈会和调查问卷的形式来收集数据，以此来全面掌握医德建设在现阶段的发展情况，同时了解社会和医院对高校医德教育的见解和要求，有关在校医学生对医德教育的理解和所希望获取的医德教育知识。通过对上述调研数据整合，来制定医德教育的计划和重点，，从而确保对医学生的医德教育更具针对性。在全面了解了不同年级医学生对医德教育的看法后，制定了相应的教育内容和形式，对于学生医德观的偏失，提出了相应的教育对策。本文首先对医学生开展医德教育的内涵和意义的阐述，进而在此基础上分析了研究医德教育的意义；其次，对医德教育在现实环境中所存在的问题进行分析，并深入挖掘产生问题的根源所在，如医德教育师资匮乏、缺乏丰富的教育资源、老套陈旧的教育内容无法满足社会发展的需求，医德教育对和谐校园建设的促进等诸多方面，以此提出了完善医学类大学生医德教育的对策包括分阶段制定医德教育课程和内容；加强党课和医德规范等法律法规的持续学习等；最后，对医学院校如何加强医德教育的问题提出了妥善的解决途径和措施，包括进一步加强医德教育的师资力量投入；借鉴国外先进经验，优化社会教育环境等，希望通过本文的研究，能够为我国医学类大学生医德教育提供借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:As an important standard to measure the level of professional ethics of medical workers, medical ethics has become an important reflection of the level of medical staff's ideological quality. In the case of medical college students, the medical ethics education can not only strengthen the medical ethics consciousness of the medical students, and make the medical students develop the good medical ethics and establish the correct professional ethics thought through the study of the medical ethics knowledge. It also allows them to deeply understand the importance of the medical ethics in practice, so as to ensure that they can have a high standard of medical ethics in future work. As a future practitioner in the medical field, the social burden of saving and rescuing the wounded is the need of medical students, and therefore, the medical ethics education for medical students can not only improve the overall social moral level of our country, but also can reflect the development degree of the spiritual civilization of our country, The importance of it is beyond doubt. Strengthening their professional ethics education in the course of medical college students' learning, not only can promote the construction of the spiritual civilization and the development of the health, but also help the medical students to strengthen the internal medical ethics during the transitional stage of the doctor.
