自杀倾向大学生家庭因素及其家庭治疗的个案研究

【摘要】:本研究主要研究家庭治疗干预自杀倾向大学生的有效性。通过编制大学生自杀倾向问卷,调查影响大学生自杀倾向的相关家庭因素,筛选适合的家庭治疗干预的个案进行干预,进而探索家庭治疗干预效果。 分三个部分研究,研究一以418名大学生为被试,编制形成了34个条目的大学生自杀倾向的正式问卷。研究二包括预研究和正式研究,预研究主要为正式研究提供影响自杀倾向大学生家庭因素的评估工具,正式研究,以6所高校的1512名大学生为被试,利用编制的自杀倾向问卷,对大学生自杀倾向组和正常组进行对照分析,结合22名有自杀倾向的大学生自我成长报告的分析,探索影响自杀倾向大学生相关的家庭因素。研究三在研究二的基础上,筛选3名有自杀倾向的大学生,1名做家庭治疗的干预个案,1名做认知行为治疗的对照个案,还有1名做控制个案,每周1次,连续干预4周,暂停2次,再干预4周,根据变量的前后测变化,比较3个个案的实验效应,探讨家庭治疗干预大学生自杀倾向的效果。主要结论如下:1.编制的大学生自杀倾向问卷共4个因子,分别为:抑郁水平、自杀认知、自杀准备和绝望感。经验证性和探索性因素分析,大学生自杀倾向问卷在大学生群体中具有良好的信效度指标,可用于相关的研究和实践中。 2.有自杀倾向的大学生存在性别、年级的差异,以及自身心理状态间的差异,一、四年级自杀倾向率较高,二、三年级较低,四年级最高,女大学生比男大学生更易有自杀倾向,有精神病性临床症状的大学生自杀倾向性高。 3.家庭因素中,家庭结构不完整的大学生自杀倾向高于无自杀倾向的大学生,自杀倾向大学生其家庭环境中家庭成员独立性,以及家庭功能中的行为控制和角色定位比没有自杀倾向的大学生低。 4.多元逐步回归分析结果显示,大学抑郁倾向,家庭成员独立性低,家庭功能组织性差和成员的自我行为控制低是大学生产生自杀倾向高危因素。 5.家庭治疗对个案降低自杀倾向程度有效,家庭治疗效果比认知行为治疗效果更显著。 6.家庭治疗对提高家庭成员的自尊、自信和自主程度即独立性程度更有效,家庭治疗效果比认知行为治疗效果更显著。 7.家庭治疗对提高的总功能,家庭的行为模式和家庭成员的角色定位和认同有效,家庭治疗效果比认知行为治疗效果更显著。 8.家庭治疗对降低个案的自杀倾向,改善个案的心理状态,促进个案的家庭关系和谐,恢复和提高其社会功能有效,家庭治疗效果比认知行为治疗效果更显著。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness of family therapy intervention in suicidal college students. By compiling the questionnaire of college students' suicidal tendency, this paper investigates the related family factors that affect the suicidal tendency of college students, and selects the suitable cases of family therapy intervention to intervene, so as to explore the effect of family therapy intervention. In three parts, a formal questionnaire with 418 college students as subjects was compiled to form 34 items of suicidal tendency of college students. The second study includes pre-study and formal research, which mainly provides an assessment tool for formal research on the family factors of college students with suicidal tendency. 1512 college students from 6 colleges and universities are taken as subjects to make a comparative analysis of suicidal tendency group and normal group by using the suicide tendency questionnaire, combined with the analysis of the self-growth report of 22 college students with suicidal tendency. To explore the family factors related to suicidal tendency of college students. On the basis of study 2, three college students with suicidal tendency, one intervention case with family therapy, one control case with cognitive behavior therapy, and one control case with control case, once a week for 4 weeks, suspended twice for 4 weeks, and then intervened for 4 weeks. According to the changes of variables, the experimental effects of three cases were compared to explore the effect of family therapy on college students' suicidal tendency. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. There are four factors in the questionnaire of college students' suicidal tendency, which are depression level, suicide cognition, suicide preparation and despair. Through confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, the questionnaire of college students' suicidal tendency has good reliability and validity indexes in the group of college students, and can be used in related research and practice. two銆,
